Jammu, Oct 29: Why the ineligible Registrar is posted in Jammu & Kashmir Board Of Technical education? Why the Skill Development Department is so callous that the ineligible person JK Kesar is working as Registrar for last 09 years? With the postings of such ineligible and incompetent persons, the performance of the JKBOTE would be unfair and fishy? These are the some uncomfortable and typical questions for the Skill Development Department and these questions must be answered by the Principal Secretary Skill Development Department and Director so that people may know the fact.
The JKBOTE has made Lateral admission for the students in different streams but the most ironically thing is that the students having high merit got the second choice but the students of low merit got first choice, which is not a mistake but a big blunder and the blunder is due to ineligibility and inefficiency of the Registrar of Jammu & Kashmir Board Of Technical Education JK Kesar who is below the rank of Registrar, so the wrong admission has been done under his wrong control. The students who were having high merit and ignored have called the Principal Secretary to the Government of Jammu & Kashmir of Skill Development Department Dr Asgar Hasan Samoon IAS and requested his intervention and then Mr Samoon has intervened and reprimanded the lower staff and then the meritorious students got the admission of their first choice.
Such type of bugling had been wreaked as most of the staff including ineligible Registrar had taken everything granted and thinking themselves as the Don of the department and have done as per their choice.
The process of overstaying in the Skill Development Department is not new thing as some of the officers have managed according to their choices.
