Jammu, Oct 28: Is Department of Skill Development of Government Jammu & Kashmir has its own constitution in regard to transfer policy? Does Department of Skill Development of Government Jammu & Kashmir not come under the purview of transfer policy initiated by General Administrative Department of Jammu & Kashmir Government? Who is at fault for adoption of such faulty transfer policy in the Department of Skill Development of Government Jammu & Kashmir? Why Principal Secretary of Department of Skill Development of Government Jammu & Kashmir Dr Asagar Hassan Samoon IAS is silent over the faulty and devastating transfer policy being adopted by his department? Who is competent to rectify the faulty and wrong transfer policy being adopted by the Department of Skill Development of Government Jammu & Kashmir? These are some uncomfortable but important questions for the Director Department of Skill Development of Government Jammu & Kashmir and Principal Secretary of Department of Skill Development of Government Jammu & Kashmir and both must come out with specific and relevant replies as people are looking for them. The issue of faulty transfer policy is not only pertaining to the employees but it is sort of messing up with the future of students who have joined the Skill Development Department for securing their future.
The Principal Secretary of Department of Skill Development of Government Jammu & Kashmir vide his office No 75-Jk9DSD0 of 2021 dated 27-10-2021 has ordered today the transfers of 20 officers who were overstayed and were deployed in non-concerning offices only to draw the handsome salaries from the government exchequer. It is the impact of the story, which I have carried in the issue of today and I am confident that there would be more transfers and postings very near in the future to save the future of students and credibility of the Skill Development Department.
There is one Vocational Instructor namely Rayees Ahmed, who is posted to impart the training to the students but he has managed his posting in the office of Director and left the future of students in hanging in the fire. He has been working in the office of Director for last long 8 years and this man has messed up with the future of students. Will he fulfil the damage to the students whose eight years have been spoiled? Government must act on him for not fulfilling his duties for which he was appointed.
One head assistant Javaid Ahmed who has working in the office JK Board of Technical Education for last 20 years and has taken everything granted. This man has not violated the law of land but he has sent a wrong message to public that he can do whatever he wanted to do. He has blown up the transfer policy of the J&K government into pieces. Another character in this department is Gh Nabi and he is working as Junior Assistant who is working for last decades in the same office of JK Board of Technical Education and the transfer policy of the Jammu & Kashmir has no guts to touch Gh Nabi so he is transfer-proof.
There is one more Vocational Instructor who is too a big master and his name is Rakesh Singh. His job was to train the students but the man has his own agenda and he is working in the office of Director Department of Skill Development of Government of Jammu & Kashmir. He does not feel proper to teach the students, so he managed his posting in the office of Director Department of Skill Development of Government of Jammu & Kashmir.
There are several other characters who tried their best to cheat the Department of Skill Development of Jammu & Kashmir Government for their personal interest but now everyone has to do their job otherwise they will be exposed and the government will surely act on them and forcibly retire them that without any pension benefits, besides they would be prosecuted as per the law of land and may be sent behind the bars.
