Instead of 14 days, 47 days passed Tehsildar Bishnah hardly cares directions of DC Jammu

Who is boss DC Jammu or Tehsidar Bishnah?

• There should be respect for the higher authority but Tehsidlar Bishnah has his own rules and regulation and so not cares for the DC Jammu directions.
•  Let we see when the Tehsildar Bishanh will wake up from the deep slumber and will take the directions of DC Jammu seriously.

Jammu, Oct 25: What is the exact meaning of two weeks, may Tehsildar Bishnah and Executive Officer Municipal Committee Bishnah do not know? Why the Tehsildar Bishnah has taken the directions of Deputy Commissioner Jammu so lightly that he do not bother do demarcate common land (Gair Mumkin Rasta) that after the lapse of near about seven weeks (47 days)? Why Tehsildar Bishnah not respect the Deputy Commissioner Jammu and openly defying his order regarding restoration of common land (Gair Mumkin Rasta)? May be Tehsildar Bishnah dislike the Deputy Commissioner Jammu as a person but Deputy Commissioner Jammu is authority to administer the Jammu district by the provision of constitution and in the constitutional way Tehsidar Bishnah should respect the directions of Deputy Commissioner Jammu. These are some questions are agitating in the mind of people and Tehsildar Bishnah must come out to reply these questions that why he has not respected the directions of Deputy Commissioner Jammu in which he clearly mentioned that Action Taken Report be furnished within two weeks.
Let me explain here that on the complaint of Indu Bhushan and reports called by Sub Divisional Magistrate Jammu South in this regard and in return the Sub Divisional Magistrate Jammu South has furnished the report vide his letter No SDM/JMU-S/2021-22/1944 dated 26-08-2021 and simultaneously the report form Director, Horticulture Planning & Marketing J&K was also sought and he too furnished the report vide his office letter No DHPM/Jmu/2021/426-31 dated 03-09-2021 and considering all these the Deputy Commissioner Jammu came on decision and issued the order as ‘(a) Executive Officer, Municipal Committee Bishnah and Tehsildar Bishnah shall restore the common land (Gair Mumkin Rasta) falling under Khasra No 259 back to its original position both on spot as well as in the Revenue Records and furnish Action Taken Report to this office within 02 weeks.” The Deputy Commissioner issued the directions vide its letter No DCJ/SQ/Gair Mumkin Chapri/2021-22/2763-68 dated 08-09-2021 and till now near about 7 weeks (47 days) have passed the Tehsldar remained unmoved over it.
The two weeks man 14 days and in order it is specifically mentioned that within two weeks, it means that within 14 days and not more than 14 days but Tehsildar Bishnah is running his own kingdom and hardly cares the directions of Deputy Commissioner Jammu. But here I would like to mention that a special penalty may be imposed on tehsildar Bishnah for not adhering the directions of the Deputy Commissioner Jammu as it is an insult to the constitution and law of land.
