Corrupt Patwaris must be identified, isolated and shunted out of department

The time to act on these corrupt Patwaris!

• The Deputy Commissioner Jammu Anshul Garg IAS is the most competent and efficient officers, he must come in action and throw out such Patwaris who are earning bad name to the department.
• These are the blood sucker of the society and have accumulated the huge property, so there should be proper investigation into their property and benami property.

Jammu, Oct 24: Why some corrupt Patwaris are being posted on the prize postings? Why some most corrupt Patwaris are being posted in the same Tehsil? Why these most corrupt Patwaris are not being shunt out from the department so save the image of the department? Why not such most corrupt Patwaris are being identified and isolated in the department? Why not the government issues an advisory mention about all such corrupt Patwaris and show them way out from the department? Why not the government ordering to enquire their property including Benami property and the property on the name of their relatives? These are the some tough and uncomfortable questions

Some Patwaris who have cheated the law of land and court of law are being posted repeatedly in same Tehsil, where they feel that they can fleece the money from the innocent people. They are hell bent to ditch the law of land and the department for which they are working and getting salary.
The Deputy Commissioner Jammu Anshul Garg IAS who is very competent officer should immediate act on such patwaris and kick them out from the department. The wrong process in regard of land starts from the Patwari and Patwari is the person who changes the nomenclature of the land especially puts the wrong things and destroys the fact from the record. The land given toe a person under section 8 of Agrarian reform Act 1976 and he is branded as ‘Prospective Owner’ but the man who got the land could not sell it but some Patwaris have put the wrong facts and misled the Law of Court, besides cheating the people and the system. Some corrupt Patwaris are so shrewd that they make the department helpless.
