Corrupt patwari crossed all limits, forged signs of his senior against bribe

•  He is the only Patwari who dares the Lt Governor over corruption as he do not care for the law of land.
• The man is totally corrupt but Revenue department instead taking action against him posted him on prime posting.

Jammu, Oct 20: Why the corrupt patwari is still on service? Why not the Revenue department is throwing out such corrupt Patwari who has forged the signature of Girdwar his senior officer for the greed of money? Why the corrupt Patwari is not booked for his corrupt practices and cheating the law of land? Why the corrupt patwari has scot free to move and work, besides he is openly taking bribe and working against the law of land? These are the questions agitating in the mind of people and the answers must be come from the Revenue Department.
The list of wrong doings and corrupt practices of the corrupt patwari is very long and maybe I am unable to write about all his corrupt practices but I will try to expose some of them so that people may know and story of his corruption may reach to Lt Governor so that he may come in action to clean the Revenue department.
In the year 2010 and during his posting in Patwar Assarwan the said Patwari issued Farad Intikhab on 19-08-2010 under Khasra No 2314 in respect of land (under section 4 & 8) situated at Assarwan adjoining Ring Road tehsil Bhalwal as the same was banned at that time by the government. He not stopped here and went further in the partnership with some land mafia, he established a colony for commercialization of the Gair Mumkin Khad land at Assarwan.
In 2015, while his posting in Patwar Assarwan, the said Patwari recorded mutation as ‘Sehat Kasht’ in respect of land measuring 24 kanals falling under Khasra No 2799 in favour of one blue eyed lady namely Renu Attri who happens to be wife of an influential retired police officer Inspector General of Police Ashok Attri, whereas the lady was not related in anyway with the said land. On a written complaint the then SDM Jammu North Avni Lwasa quashed the said mutation under Sehat Keshat but to utter surprise and dismay that no action has been initiated against the said corrupt Patwari, who played with the law of land.
Not only this, one Giradwar Hans RaJ on 11-07-2016 has lodged a complaint against the said Patwari for forging his signature on a Farad 25-05-2015 in respect of the land measuring 02 kanal falling under Khasra No 3969 situated at Bhalwal. But it is the matter of surprise that no action has been initiated against him as he is the most influential Patwari and can buy any officer may be of any level.
During his posting Akhnoor tehsil and in patwar halqa Manda, the said corrupt patwari deliberately encroached the ‘Ghas Charai’ land at Manda in collaboration with land mafia, despite the directions by DC Jammu on 31-03-2021 the land has been evacuated, which shows that the said patwari is very powerful then DC Jammu.
A complaint having reference ID No 999002320024 dated 24-08-2021 was lodged by one Yashpal Sharma against the said corrupt Patwari in the Governor Grievances Cell regarding illegal trnasfwer of the land of yashpal Sharma in favour of his close associate but no action has been taken in respect as such that patwari is very powerful in the revenue department and the Revenue department is very meek before him.
During his posting in patwar Bhalwal this Patwari has illegally issued Farad Intikhabs of gair Mumkin Jarh in 2015, which is against the law of land. This man has flouted law of land many times so why he is not being pronounced as anti-law man and ousted from the department without wasting the time. He is the man who worked against the law of land like terrorist working against law of land.
