Jammu, Oct 19: Why a corrupt Patwari is being posted again and again in Bhalwal Tehsil? Is Bhalwal Teshsil is prime posting for Patwaris? Why the Revenue department is not taking action against the corrupt patwari as the several complaints are lying with the department against him? Which power is behind the corrupt Patwari and protects him despite the several complaints? Who is the man behind the corrupt Patwari supporting him? Why the department has closed its eyes as the corrupt patwari is misusing his official position? These are the several uncomfortable questions for the revenue department and the Lt Governor administration to be answered by them in toto so that people may know that what is happening in the administration of Jammu & Kashmir.
Let me tell you that the corrupt Patwari has been posted in Bhalwal tehsil for the third time despite the complaints with serious charges are lying within the Revenue department. The corrupt patwari has managed his transfer from Akhnoor to Bhalwal with the support of his black money, which is his power and with money he can do anything what he want to do.
During the his tenure as patwari Paloura, the said Patwai has state land falling under Khasra No 405 in favour of some vested beneficiary invoking section 121 of the revenue Act. He issued Farad Intikhab of the said State Land, which is a serious offence as per the Revenue Act. The list of corrupt practices and wrong doings of the said patwari is very long and I will try to mention all his wrong-doings and anti-law activities and he should be booked for working anti-law and anti-nation.
In the year 1985 and during his tenure as Patwari Paloura, he recorded the JDA land as private land measuring 35 kanals under Khasra No 263 and issued the farad Intikhab of the same land in the favour of some vested person. The land is situated near Sacred Heart College, Paloura.
But now issue is this the man has such connections that he can do anything and can get his transfer as per his choices, whereas the other honest and hardworking patwari are being harassed by the controlling authority on the name of transfer and posting.
