Complaint against Patwari Parnav to Governor Grievance Cell is taken non-seriously

SDM Jammu North is distorting facts!

• The directions of office of Lt Governor is not being honoured by the revenue department and taken lightly.
• Corrupt Patwari Parnav Dev Singh uses money power to get the enquiry report on his directions.
• It is matter of concern that why SDM Jammu North is favoring the corrupt Patwari whose complaints have been lying with ACB, Div Com and other offices.
• It seems that money has much power and revenue department has less as his money can do anything what he want to do.

Jammu, Oct 18: Which force is behind the corrupt Patwari parnav Dev Singh? Who is behind the corrupt Patwari Paranv Dev Singh? How is the corrupt Patwari Parnav Dev Singh powerful? Why has the SDM Jammu North tried to mislead the office of Lt Governor by producing wrong and fake documents, over the complaint against the said corrupt Patwari? These are the some points which are irritating in the mind of the people that if Revenue department instead of identifying and punishing the corrupt Patwari Parnav Dev Singh is trying to save him, which is matter of serious concern.

One complainant has made several complaints against the corrupt Patwri Parnav Dev Singh who not only cheated the people but undermined the law of land and openly violated the Indian constitution, which is being respected by the President of India, Prime Minister, Chief of Army Staff and other big dignitaries but this corrupt Patwari has openly insulted the law of land. The man has issued the Farad of Gair Mumkin Jarh during the year 2018 while his postings in revenue village Kanger, tehsil Bhalwal under the jurisdiction of SDM Jammu North.

The case is very open and having ample proof in the favour of complaint and the documentary proofs have attached with the complaint, which do not need further proofs but only verification of testimony of the documents. Now the office of Lt Governor, which is the highest office of Jammu & Kashmir Government is being misled by one SDM Jammu North, who is supposed to honour the dignity of office Lt Governor but it seems that the Patwari is so powerful and has much money that he can influence any officer with his money and get the enquiry report according to his choice.

The complainant made complaint to Governor Grievances cell on 31-07-2021 but the enquiry report is being twisted by the SDM Jammu north on the directions of patwari Parnav dev Singh it smells so.
