Loyal and Loyalties

Loyal word has several meanings and is defined in several ways like trustworthy, faithful, devoted, reliable, dependable, steadfast, dedicated, believable, and committed and so on. These words have been either developed, invented, or discovered by the intelligent people including scholars and litterateurs and may be with the cooperation of the common man. For whom this word loyal and loyalties has been used since it was developed is clear from the various synonyms mentioned above. Interestingly whenever an example is to be cited for the loyalty and loyalties the human being is the last to be mentioned as loyal to another human, animals are above them. They are described as more loyal to anybody than human beings. Most commonly dogs are described as most loyal along with horse, elephant and even pet birds like parrot and pigeon are also believed to be loyal to their masters. Ironically the human being who discovered or developed the word loyal does not himself fall in the category of loyal and loyalties, Although many followers or devotees or servants are at times said to be very loyal to their masters but not so confidently. There are more examples of disloyalty to human beings than of his being loyal and loyalties. There are numerous examples of changing loyalties of human beings but so far there are no any visible examples of animals or birds crossing over the loyalties. Among human beings the most cases of crossing over loyalties are found in politicians followed by the lovers and also in the relations of husband and wife. There are many examples of being disloyal to each other in family also or disloyal to a particular member of the family. But in the matter of being disloyal politicians are at the top and they are setting new examples of disloyalties with every coming day. No one can say with firm belief that a particular or any of the politicians will never change his loyalty towards the leader or the party which has given him a place in the society and also identification. One can say that as the dog is considered to be the most loyal animal towards both animals and also towards human beings so is the man is considered as the most disloyal towards human beings and as well as towards animals.
