Illegal construction of RMG International school!
- The office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu has scolded SDM jammu North for sending unsatisfactory report.

Jammu, Oct 12: Why the Sub Divisional Magistrate Jammu North Pawan Kotwal has submitted unclear report to office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu? Why the Sub Divisional Magistrate Jammu North Pawan Kotwal has tried to mislead the office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu? Why the Sub Divisional Magistrate Jammu North Pawan Kotwal after wasting 1560 hours has not submitted true and clear report to the office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu? Why the Sub Divisional Magistrate Jammu North Pawan Kotwal was doing all immoral and illegal things, which are later on reprimanded by the office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu and asked him to re-verify the report, which he has send vide his letter No SDM/JN?R/20-21/664 dated 17-02-2021? These are some uncomfortable questions to be answered by SDM so that people may know the fact.
It is pertinent to mention that the case of demarcation of RMG International School Jandial, Tehsil Bhalwal was sent to Sub Divisional Magistrate Jammu North Pawan Kotwal to prepare a factual report but the man has its own rules and regulations and so he ever care for Deputy Commissioner Jammu and submitted an unclear and unsatisfactory report in the said concern. The Deputy Commissioner Jammu vide his office letter No DCJ/SQ?Misc/2021-22/3181 dated 29-09-2021 through Assistant Commissioner (Revenue) Jammu Vijay Kumar Sharma KAS has asked the SDM Jammu North to re-verify the matter and take appropriate action under rule.
But the Sub Divisional Magistrate Jammu North Pawan Kotwal is so different that he has nothing to do with law of land and he feels that he is above law of land and Lt Governor. He never compliance with the orders of seniors and do what he want to do. In this case the agriculture land is being used by the construction of RMG International School.
