It is case of RMG School!
- The owner of RMG International School Jandial is so powerful that he controlled the SDM Jammu North and delayed the report by 1560 hours which was handiwork of one hour. SDM took 65 days mean 1560 hours to write forwarding letter of few lines.
- RMG International School is being illegally constructed on agriculture land and land falling under the category of Gair Mumkin Khad is also used for school purpose.

Jammu, Oct 08: Is law for poor & weak persons and not for powerful & wealthy persons? Is there a double standard in implementing law? Why the officers of government are scaring from rich person and pouncing on poor persons? Why officers are opting for pick and chose policy? Who will teach the officers of higher status that law is equal for all? Why the concerned and authorized Revenue officers are shying to take action against the RMG International School Jandial Tehsil Bhalwal? Why the Revenue officers are not taking the cognizance of the gross violation wreaked by the owner of RMG International School? Why the concerned and authorized revenue Officers are not seizing and dismantling the illegal building of RMG International School at Jandial Tehsil Bhalwal? These are some uncomfortable and irritating questions for the revenue department as why they are not acting against the school, the answer is very simple that the owner of the school is very powerful and he had tamed the revenue officers.
On the basis of report of Tehsildar Bhalwal, the Sub Divisional Magistrate Jammu North on 17-02-2021 has submitted the report vide his office letter No SDM/JN/R/20-21/664 that ‘Jammu Jottings newspaper has printing the issue many times, regarding the illegal construction of RMG School on Gair Mumkin Khad. In this regard undersigned has directed the Tehsildat Bhalwal to submit the detailed factual report in the matter. Accordingly, Tehsildar Bhalwal has submitted a detailed report vide letter No TB/OQ/20202-21/363 dated 14-12-2020, which reveals that Mona Gupta w/o Rohit & Rohit Gupta son of mohal Lal Gupta R/o Akhnoor has purchased land measuring 12 kanals 14 marals bearing Khasra No 1534 situated at village Jandial and the kind of land soil is “Warhal Doyam”& the school building as constructed on the said land. Further the sale deed of the said land has been done in the year of 2013 and got mutated on their names. Besides the above land, they have purchased 27 kanals 13 marlas of land in Khasra No 1528 on the name of Mona Guota wife of Rohit Gupta & 9 kanals & 02 marlas of land in Khasra No 1614 on the name of Rohit Gupta son of Mohan Lal Gupta, both through Irrevocable General Power of Attorney from the owners in the year 2014 & the kind of soil is “Gair Mumkin Khad” which is used only for playground, parking purpose etc.”
The report clearly states that the land is Gair Mumkin Khad but the Sub Divisional Magistrate took 65 days to write some words to submit the report to the office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu. The concerned Tehsildar has submitted the complete report on 14-12-2020 but SDM took 65 days to write forwarding letter, whereas the report was already ready. One can imagine that the school owner has influenced the SDM Jammu North and delayed the report for 65 days as it was the work of only one hour. I want to explain again that it was the work of only one hour but he took 1560 hours and it clearly indicates that SDM Jammu North has been influenced by the owner of RMG School. I am not sure that money has played its role or not but there is something fishy.
