- The corrupt patwari Javed Ahmed is being booked by Police Station Gharota under FIR No 96/2021 dated 30-09-2021 under section 447, 427, 506, 30 Arm Act for robbing the land at night.
- The ACB has already booked the corrupt Patwari on 11-01-2021 vide FIR No 02/2021 at Police Station ACB Central under very serious section 5(1)(e) r/w section 5(2) PC Act section 109, 120-B/RPC .

Jammu, Oct 07: Some of the Revenue Officials have gone so low that instead of serving the department with honesty and dedication they have entered into the business of property dealer and they become the land pimp, besides they are attempting to grab the land of others, state land and Gair Mumkin Khads.
Under the jurisdiction of Gharota Police Station there is a village known as Kanger and one corrupt patwari who is already booked by ACB on 11-01-2021 vide FIR No 02/2021 at Police Station ACB Central under very serious section 5(1)(e) r/w section 5(2) PC Act section 109, 120-B/RPC against the most corrupt Patwari Javed Ahmed son of Bashir Ahmed resident of village Kanger, Bashir Ahmed, Gulam Fatima, Nazia Kousar and others. The said corrupt Patwari Javed Ahmed has been booked by ACB in disproportionate assets case and amassing huge property worth crores of rupees. He is not involve in this heinous crime but his entire family is involved as per the report of the ACB.
Today, one person has lodged an FIR against the corrupt patwari Javed Ahmed, Fardeen and 6 others for forcibly grabbing the land of one lady. As per the reports the police of Gharota Police Station has lodged an FIR No 96/2021 dated 30-09-2021 against said corrupt Patwari along with 6 others who tried to grab the land at night by taking the advantage of dark. They have been booked under section 447, 427, 506 and 30 Arm Act. The Patwari along with others entered in the land at night and dismantled the structure with JCB only to grab the land of a lady. They have shown the pistol to the victim family members when they tried to resist the land grabbing. The act is like robbers and dacoit who rob the people during night. The said patwari has remained in the lime light for his nefarious activities and have defamed the entire department. He is also a black spot on the department and the people want that this Patwari must be kept in the category of deadwood employees and should be retired forcibly with a condition to return all the money which he has got in the shape of salary.

Based upon the results of a Preliminary Enquiry conducted by the Anti Corruption Bureau on the allegations that one Javed Ahmed (Patwari) S/O Bashir Ahmed R/o Village Kanger Tehsil Bhalwal District Jammu posted as Patwari in Revenue Department at Kote has amassed huge immovable properties worth Crore of rupees in his own name and in the names of his family members which were highly disproportionate to his known sources of income, an FIR No. 02/2021 (PS ACB Central) was registered on 11.01.2021 u/s 5(1) (e) r/w section 5(2) PC Act and Sections 109, 120-B/RPC against accused persons namely Javed Ahmed, Bashir Ahmed, Ghulam Fatima, Nazia Kouser and others.

The Preliminary Enquiry has revealed that the accused Javed Ahmed (Patwari) and his family members had accumulated immovable assets which included land more than 200 kanals at village Kanger Tehsil Bhalwal, Jammu. In order to avoid scrutiny before the eyes of law the assets were disguised in the names of the accused’s father, mother and wife.

After registration of the FIR against Javed Ahmed (Patwari) and his family members for abetting the public servant in creation of this much amount of immoveable assets warrants were obtained and searches were conducted at their residential house and incriminating documents and articles have been recovered which are under scrutiny. The Bank accounts of the accused and his family members are also being scrutinized for further flow of amounts in them and also for presence of lockers maintained by the accused Javed Ahmed (Patwari) and his family members.
