Bishnah is in corruption!
Not a single shop be allotted to those not falling in purview: Director
*The presence of cement in the premises of Fruit Mandi Bishnah indicates that some conspiracy is going on.
*JP Sharma chairman of Trust told DSP that he has got first floor on agreement for education purpose so I am using the cement bought by the trust.
*it is very clear that Educational activities are not allowed at any cost in Fruit Mandi but JP Sharma trying to violate the law and throwing challenge to president rule and LG of the UT.
Jammu, Sept 28:
It is astounding but it is true that one educational trust has been found who has involved in constructing the shop at first floor in proposed Fruit & Vegetable Market at Bishnah, whereas the genuine and deserving persons have been ignored by the department to allot the shop.
The matter is that the said Mandi, which is being planned by the Horticulture department but the site-plan has not been approved by the Municipal Committee Bishnah and one cam term the Mandi as an illegal, unethical and corrupt institute. The basic concept for establishment of such Markets is to accommodate the local people so that they can sell and purchase their productions but in this Market of Bishnah everything is against the law. One RK Educational Trust Bishnah has managed allotment on the first floor of the Market in question, which is totally illegal and unethical, besides it is anti-law of country. The law says that only farmers dealing with land directly are entitled to have the allotment but this trust do not have any link with farming or production of vegetables and fruit but he had managed allotment. This was told by Sub Divisional Police Officer RS Pura and he further explained that one JP Sharma chairman of Trust had told him telephonically. There are some unconfirmed reports that JP Sharma is a retired officer from one of the concerned department and he knows each and everything.
The Bishanh has hit the headlines of newspaper as the banned cement has been found in the premises of proposed Fruit & Vegetable Market Bishnah, which is totally illegal and unethical but in Bishnah everything is accepted by the people. The record related to allotment regarding the shops and accommodation in Bishnah Fruit Mandi, clearly speaks that there is no allotment of shop/space stands in favour of the Trust as an educational trust cannot do such.
The Director Horticulture said that only farmer linked persons are entitled to get the shop/space allotted in their favour but they must have possession. The Director further said it is not anyone’s father rule, which is itself a derogatory and wrong. The mysterious activities of JP Sharma must be enquired by an agency. The presence of illegal cement bags on which it is clearly written that no traffic transport would be available. The cement has been bought by the RK Educational trust at Bishnah as per the cement bill but the JP Sharma has played a flaw and used the cement for other purpose, which was not meant for mandi.
The constructed shops are illegal as it has been constructed without approval of the site-plan. The concerned department must invoke his wisdom and not to go for casual workers.
