The purpose of Municipal Committees was to streamline the things but here in case of Jourian Municipality the things are different and they have changed the purpose of Municipality from streamlining to remaining silent but a law breaker today constructed a house on khasra No 243 that too without the permission of Municipal committee but the man is winner and the entire Municipal Committee Jourian and Police department proved to be loser.
The elected president has to safeguard the interest and laws of the Municipality but in the present scenario the elected members are the instrumental to sell the interest of the Municipality and openly allowing the violation in the municipal limits. The glaring example in Jourian a land grabber tried to grab the land and he succeeded in his mission due to the criminal silence adopted by the Municipal Committee Jourian and revenue department despite knowing the person is violating the law of land.
How the president and Executive Officer can claim that they are nationalist when they are not doing their job for they are being paid but they allowed the construction without proper permission and such illegal construction can damage the society in any way. Such employees and elected representatives, who deliberately allowing the violations of law of land must be declared traitors and must be booked under the sections of anti-nationals and terrorists. Such corrupt employees and corrupt representatives are worse than the terrorists as the terrorists openly attack the country but such people eat the country like termites and so such people must be identified and treated like terrorists.
The Executive Officer has half-heartily tried to stop the work and he visited the spot where he asked the violators to stop the work but all in vain and then he approached the police and again reached the scene with police and construction was stopped but just police moved away from the spot they again started the work and completed the lantern.
There are some reports that one of the ex-Ministers has put the pressure on the Executive Officer not to stop the illegal construction work at Jourian and so that the violator may violate the law of land. In this case a CBI probe is mandatory to ascertain the culprits for violation. The mobile of the Executive Officer must be checked that from whom he had received the calls for allowing the illegal construction worker.
