He knows well to forge signature!

Revenue official has forged signature of then Girdwar against huge bribe to mint money
*He is the man who expert in forging the signatures and get the work done in any case only for bribe and issued the farad backdated when he was transferred.
*He is expert in frauds and a big cheat of the Revenue department, whereas now he is posted at Manda, tehsil Akhnoor.
*He is man of forgery and may be called as Mr Natwar Lal, who tried to sell the property on fake documents.
*The Jammu Jottings has all the forged documents on which forged sign was done by the then patwari, when he was posted at Assarwan Patwar, in Tehsil Bhalwal in 2015.

How a patwari can forge the signature of Girdawar, when the later do not want to put his signature on wrong papers? Why the department has not taken action against the Patwari who has forged the signature of other revenue officers whn a complaint has been already lodged with the SDM Jammu North? Why the Deputy Commissioner Jammu is tolerating this forgery Patwari who can put fake signature of any other officers in future too? Why not forgery patwari has been sent behind the bars and still he is roaming outside and discharging his duties at Manda patwar, in Akhnoor tehsil? These are very uncomfortable question for the entire department abd the Deputy Commissioner Jammu must answer these questions by taking strict action against forgery Patwari, who are expert in forgery and fake signature. May be in coming days, he may put the fake signature of Lt Governor to sell the major portion of land, so nip the evil in the bud.
This is the story of a Patwari who was posted in Patwar Assarwan Tehsil Bhalwal has done the fake signature of the then Girdawar and now Naib Tehsildar to get the farad issued. He has not done this first time but he is like a habitual offender and in past he has done many times. He is having the good links with higher ups and this is the main reason that in 2016, the Girdwara whose signatures were forged has filed a written complaint to the then SDM North Jammu but no action has been taken against the forger Patwari.
The man is very shrewd and he can do anything as he wanted to do. On 25-02-2015, the fraud patwari has entered the forged mutation in the favour of wife of one Inspector General of Police, and he cheated the poor family who was farming in this land for survival of their family. He entered the mutation on the analogy of Seh Kasat, which was totally fraud and other blunder. The same mutation as cancelled by the then SDM Jammu north but the action which should be taken against the fraudster patwari had not been taken now he has become the headmaster of fraudsters.
He is a deceitful man and he will go as far as possible to trample all over state’s land, reputation of his colleagues and spirit of the people whom he is dealing with, in order to prove that he can do the impossible as far as revenue deals are concerned. He is also facing another case in a forged signature. He forged the signature in issuing the farad of 10 kanals land od Khasra No 2021 Min, Khata No 923 and Khewat No 9 situated at Mouza Bhalwal tehsil.
