*The Tehsildar Bhalwal knew about it but he remained silent to get the land Gair Mumkim Jaad encroached and developed as illegal colony.
*The message of illegal developing of colony at burn in Tehsil Bhalwal was conveyed to the ADC Jammu, SDM North, Tehsildar Bhalwal, Naib Tehsildar, Girdawar and Patwari but no one has dared to stop the illegal construction work.
*The Jammu Jottings will come up with facts and figures to expose that how much state land has been encroached in Tehsil Bhalwal within days.
*Mr DC Jammu will come in action and take the strict action against the erring revenue officer from SDM to Patwari who were knowing the issue but not acted to stop it.

Why Tehsildar Bhalwal remained mute spectator in selling of the banned Gair Mumkin Jaad in Burn? Why Tehsildar Balwal was remained so weak to take action against the violators who have developed colony on banned Gair Mumkin Jaad? What influenced Tehsildar Bhalwal to bow before the violators a private property dealer? Why Tehsildar Bhalwal trying to hide this scandal of developing the illegal colony by a private property dealer? Why the concerned Patwari has not taken the notice as it has been brought into the notice of patwari on July 17, when the plinth was being constructed? Why SDM North remained silent over this illegal developing colony by a property dealer? How a private property dealer can be so powerful that SDM, Tehsildar Bhalwal, concerned Naib tehsildar and concerned Patwari be tamed by him? These are the some unnerving questions for the revenue department especially for Tehsildar Bhalwal and SDM North, who silently allowed the illegal developing of the colony that too by a private property dealer.
On July 17, a complaint message was circulated on WhatsApp numbers of Additional Deputy Commissioner Jammu, SDM North, Tehsildar Bhalwal, Naib Tehsildar Bhalwal and Patwari was informed through phone call about the developing of colony on Gair Mumkin Jaad illegally that too by a private property dealer. But the no action has been taken by these officers but on July 25, the Additional Deputy Commissioner Jammu visited the spot, while coming back from Akhnoor and took the stock of the spot. The sources revealed that Additional Deputy Commissioner Jammu has asked the Tehsildar Bhalwal to furnish the report before 4 pm on July 26, 2021 positively but still not sure that report has been submitted or not. But the Patwari has once told that the Housing Society is developing the colony, which was totally lie and was aimed to distract the attention of people from the illegal developing of colony on the banned Gair Mumkin Jaad at Burn in Tehsil Bhalwal.
The Additional Deputy Commissioner Jammu is very concerned about the illegal developing of colony at Burn in Bhalwal tehsil by a private property dealer but the concerned SDM, Tehsildar, Naib Tehsildar, Girdwar and Patwari are very callous about it and they are indirectly supporting the illegal developing of colony for the reasons better know to these officers. The bribe has played a big role in developing of the illegal colony on banned Gair Mumkin Jaad that too by a private property dealer who supposed to have a political approach but it does not mean that he will undermine the law of land.
