*The Deputy Commissioner Jammu must pull them to stop the illegal construction of marriage hall on agriculture land.
*The Lt Governor is very anxious to nip them in the bud but no one tells him about tusch illegal things.
*The picture clearly shows that there are heaps of brocks more then 25000 and the construction work is to start.

Why are some mischievous and wicked persons trying to finish the agriculture land in village Akalpur, Marh Tehsil? Why the revenue officers of Tehsil Marh are have closed their eyes to felicitate the violators? Why are such peoples not been booked by law of land to discourage their illegal activities? Why people of such nature are so encouraged that they do not take the revenue officers of some substance? Why some of the revenue officers are so getting worthless that no one take them seriously? These are some uncomfortable questions for the revenue officers to come up and reply as people are looking for them to be answered. The Deputy Commissioner Jammu is a good person but I think he too is unaware about it or the man is so big that DC Jammu has opted to go silent over this issue.
The population is growing with a fast pace and the agriculture land is decreasing with each passing day not due to population but due to those persons who are hell bent to destroy the natural balance of the nature and ecology. The greed of the some of the land-thieves have taken the society to the lowest ebb as they are purchasing the agriculture land in cheap rates and then they use the agriculture land for commercial use, which is totally and openly violating the laws. There was a purpose to classify the land into several kinds but these land-thieves have not taken the land classification seriously but they alone not the violators as some of the revenue officers are also hand in gloves with them.
The concerned patwari has agreed that illegal work for marriage hall is going in Akalpur on agriculutr land and also agreed that he has once asked the person to not construct the marriage hall on agriculture land. He said that he would not allow to the marriage hall constructed in the agriculture land. When we contacted the concerned Tehsildar, he said that he would issue the order to stop the construction work by tomorrow morning and will oppose the construction of marriage hall in agriculture land with nail and tooth.
Now the Deputy Commissioner Jammu is duty bound to take action suo motto and stop the construction work on the agriculture land. It is pertinent to mention there is great mafia working for illegal selling of the land and illegal conversion of land and violation of law of land. The mafia and nexus is very big as the revenue officers, police officers, capitalists and some prominent persons are also involved in land grabbing process, which is the issue of concern.
