*No one should be allowed to sell the Gair Mumkin Khad, jaad, Bagh, forest land and other banned kinds of land.
*The government should allow the private players to set up the colonies, which wreaks great loss the state exchequer. The land thief should be punished.

The land and its business, has become such a business that only capitalist are entering in this business and minting money day and night. The land is one of the natural resources and it is the only powerful resource, which has the capacity to contain and maintain the other sources on it. But some land grabbers and even I will say land thieves are active and they are hell bent to sell the lands to the poor in any conditions.
We call land as “Dharti Mata” but some persons who are similar to anti-national are active in converting the Land Mother in a business. They have sold the Gair Mumkin Khads, Gair Mumkin Jaad, Forest land, Bagh, agriculture land for other purposes and other things. The people who are having money are exploiting the poor people and after alluring the poor people they buy the land on the cheap rates and then they convert the agriculture land into commercial. The person who has bought the land as an agriculture, he without getting the change of land use started developing a colony and befooling the poor people by selling the land on the higher rates.
The government must take the job of setting up the colony in Jammu & Kashmir and not private players should be allowed to develop colonies. These people are cheating the people and befooling those, who sold the land to them.
The government must introduce a policy that a person who is buying the land cannot sale the land for minimum a period of 20 years so that the illegal business of selling and purchasing of land should be stopped. They are so shrewd that they mention less rate in the registry and they actually charge much rate as compared to the mentioned in the registry documents.
The government must check that the most of the schools have been constructed on agriculture land that too without changing the land use, so government must take cognizance of this and instead of removing the structure from the agriculture land must slap annually tax Rs one lakh per kanal from the owner of the schools so that the revenue of government may get increased. The tax must be charged annually from them as they will use the agriculture land every year.
The marriage halls are also constructed on the agricultural land and they also be slapped annually tax Rs one lakh per kanal and every year government will collect the hefty revenue.
