You cannot violate permission!

Nexus of corporate and revenue officers selling land illegally, Jammu will be destroyed
*Permission is to sell the land of one extent but they sold more than four times and also changed the character of the land, which was clearly prohibited.
*The revenue officers who are issuing the Farad are blind that the man is selling the land with a dishonest intention and the character of land would be changed.
*The concerned revenue officers are totally involved in throwing challenge to the Government of India and illegally selling the land besides violating the permission issued in 2015.
*Mr Lt Governor Manoj Sinha the nexus of corporate and revenue officers is hell bent to damage the Jammu please send your roving eyes to check them out.

Why some of the revenue officers of Jammu district are not respecting the law? Why they are hell bent to sell the Jammu’s heritage and those elands kept for the specific purpose by the government? Why these officers are selling the Khad, gardens, banks of river, state land, forest land and all types of land kept for the betterment and smooth running of society? Can anyone sell the registered garden in plots and make it commercial by making it illegal colony? Why these people are not abiding the law of land and doing as per convinces? Who will nail in them? These are the questions which are irritating in the mind of people and though these are very uncomfortable questions yet needed to be answered by the government.
The question arises here that who will put an obstruct in illegal selling of the land which is not meant to sell for the other purpose. In Jammu district the illegal selling of land is on hike and very big businessmen and corporate of Jammu have entered in illegal selling of the land by cheating the law of land. They are having other business but they felt that by cheating the law of land they can earn more and will leave Jammu on tickling of bomb of natural disaster. The people are not thinking that they are doing the crime to the nation and to the society besides cheating the law of land. They must be taken to task as they are posing themselves to the well-wishers of the people and society.
If one can have the permission to sell the garden in 2015 by the then commissioner/Secretary to Government of Jammu & Kashmir with a rider that purchaser shall neither change the character of the land nor shall alienate further, without obtaining prior permission from the competent authority under the norms prescribed for the same. But the name who purchased it or got the power of attorney to sell it has not informed the buyers that they cannot construct the house without seeking permission.
It is pertinent to mention that owner has to sell the land as it is and not making it commercial, because the attorney holder is making it commercial by violating the norms of and law of land. The man is very powerful and having a confidence that he can buy the all the revenue officers including district head, division head and even state head of the revenue department.
