RDD creates history by repairing R&B road in Village Dhanpur Panchayat Mattu
*The BDO tried to give lame excuses to hide his fault but the excuses could not work as Director demolished his excuses.
*The Director Rural Development Department Jammu Kishore Singh Chib says that his department cannot repair the road of R&B in any case and the people involved in it would be punished.

How can Rural Development Department repair the road which has already taken by Road & Building department? Why such a fraud is being wreaked by the Rural Development in village Dhanpur, panchayat Mattu Khour? Who is behind this big fraud? Why these people are hell bent to cheat on the law of land? Why BDO remained silent over this big fraud? Who is the man who did this? Is he a Panch or relative of Panch? These are the questions irritating in the mind of people but these should be answered by the person who did it and BDO Khour. It is new chapter that tile work has done on Tar Road in Village Dhanpur Ward No 5 of Panchayat Mattu.
The issue is very different and new for the administration. It is first time in the history of Jammu & Kashmir that Rural Development Department has taken over the road of Road & Buildings, (Public Works Department) and that road which is not in the need of repair at any point but the a person who is supposed to be relative of Panch has done this. The man has not cared about the administration and not even for the Lt Governor who repeatedly saying that he would not tolerate any sort of wrong doings or corrupt practices. The man is powerful that he challenged the President rule administered by the Lt Governor Mr Manoj Sinha.
The story is that the man wanted to squeeze the money from the Rural Development Department so the concerned VLW got in collusion with the culprits and cooked a story. They chose the road, which needs no repair and was taken by R&B department but they did their job as per their convenience and fleeced the money from the government exchequer. There were so many other roads which were in much worst condition but they were having their own agenda. This is the first time that on the macadamization they have installed tiles that too without earth work.
The Director Rural Development Department Jammu Kishore Singh Chib said that he would himself look into the matter and his department cannot repair the road and streets which have been already taken up by the R&B and it is grave violation on the part of BDO. He assured that he will surely take action against all those who will be found involved in this nexus.
Tile work can be done if tar road need repairs or it was in poor condition but here tar road was yet in good condition and there were many lanes in poor condition Panchayat Mattu where this fund can be utilised and work can be done there.
But in unfair means to give benefit to contractor who is believed to be a family member of concerning panch Rural Development Department has violated all norms and have kept all engineering science aside.
Concerning BDO gives excuse that work was selected by Panchayat under 14fc and plan was approved by gram sabha. But do gram sabha and panchayat gives them vito to compromise quality work too. Because when tile work has been done irrelevantly over tar road no proper earth work has been done.
BDO should take cognizance and panchayat secretary; Junior engineer should be made accountable.
