CCF suspends Guard, Forestor Nagrota but Ranger Vijay Khosla left untouched

When will the practice of illegal felling of trees especially from the Forest land will end? Who will take stern action against the violators and timber smugglers who are instrumental to damage the green gold of the nation? Is it possible that without active involvement of Forest officers, timber smugglers can fell the trees? Who are the scabs in the Forest department? Why the government is not identifying the scabs in Forest department? How many scabs are in the offices of Forest department? Are the majority of scabs is in Forest department? These are the questions which are irritating in the mind of people and people want reply to these questions. I know these are very uncomfortable questions to the Forest officers but they have to gather the courage and dig the answers from the layers of corruption.
It is the proud moment for the team of Jammu Jottings who has worked day and night to dig out the illegal felling from the Forest land Nagrota. The team of Jammu Jottings have gone deep inside the Forest land closure of 1800 kanals at Jagati Nagrota taking the risk of life to expose the illegal felling of Kahir trees though the Khair man has not been trapped and left free to move out from this scandal. The Jammu Jottings is committed to expose the scandal of many departments and now we are after Forest department because many family have lost their nears and dears due to lack of oxygen during the Covid-19 period and these cruel people are damaging the natural industry of oxygen and I will openly call them a shameless and inhuman persons. These are having the body of human but they are inhuman and cruel.
It is pertinent to mention that Jammu Jottings has exposed the timber smuggling especially of Khair trees on its issue 29-05-2021 then the Forest department came out from deep slumber and ordered an enquiry on the same day vide its letter No CCF/J/NG/Estt/402-09 dated 29-05-2021 and particularly mentioned the name of Jammu Jottings in the enquiry order ordered by the Chief Conservator of Forest Jammu. Four members were the part of enquiry team though the enquiry team could not submit its report within the specific time period but somehow they submitted the report and on the basis of report the Chief Conservator of Forest Jammu vide Forest order No 111 of 2021 dated 26-06-2021 has suspended Beat Guard Jagti-1 Rashid Mohd and Forester Vinay Kumar the then Block Officer of Nagrota 1. The suspension order further said that Divisional Forest Officer Jammu Forest Division shall access the cost of illegally felled 09 khair trees and to recover @ ten times the damage cost from Rashid Mohd the then Beat Guard Jagti-1 and Vinay Kumar Forester the then Block Officer of Nagrota 1 as per the provisions under section 30(v) of the Jammu & Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) rules 1956, and remit in Government exchequer. The suspended officials shall however entitled to draw subsistence allowance @ 50% of the emoluments as admissible under rule during the period of suspension.
But the matter is that the then Ranger of Jammu range was not touched as he is the person who must be held accountable but only small employees have been touched by the CCF Jammu. Though it is a welcome step yet only half truth has been made clear and rest of the half truth is lying with Khair man, who remained untouched in this order. The number of felled trees mentioned in the enquiry report are also very less but in actuality the hundred of trees were illegally felled by the timber smuggler with the collusion of Forest officers. There are unconfirmed reports that money flow to higher offices too.
Meanwhile in another order, the PCCF have transferred the Vijay Khosla Ranger from Katra to Nowshera division. He is the man who knows well that how many trees have been felled but the man is very influential and can twist anything as per his choice.
