Naib Tehsildar Sham Lal presides encroaching fucnction at Nadai Maira Mandiran
*SDM Akhnoor is trying to restore the law of land but Naib Tehsildar seems saying I do not care about anybody.
*SDM Akhnoor says that he will not spare anyone if found guilty and will do as per the law of land.

Why one of Naib Tehsildar of Tehsil Maira Mandrian Sham Lal has openly supported the encroachers to encroach the land in village Nadai? Why one of Naib Tehsildar of Tehsil Maira Mandrian Sham Lal who was deputed to stop the encroachment early in the morning, he felicitated the encroachers to lantern the roof? When one of Naib Tehsildar of Tehsil Maira Mandrian Sham Lal reached on the spot, the encroachers were arranging the steel bars but he supported them? These are teh questions must be answered by the Naib tehsildar Sham Lal who is equally accused with the encroachers.
But the SDM Akhnoor Chand Kishore Sharma who is known for his honesty has said that no one will spare and the structure would be seized if found on state land and the revenue officer who supported the encroachers would be taken to task.
The Naib Tehsildar Sham Lal was sent by the Sub Divisional Magistrate Akhnoor to stop the encroachers who were encroaching the land but the man not only felicitated the encroachers but he misled his superior officer Sub Divisional magistrate Akhnoor Chand Kishore Sharma, who is most honest officer in the revenue department. The Naib Tehsildar Sham Lal has not only misled the SDM Akhnoor but he cheats the law of land and in one way you can he openly challenged the President Rule going on in Jammu & Kashmir Union Territory.
The illegal work in Nadai area of Tehsil Maira Mandrian was stopped by department which was a welcome step but today the Naib Tehsildar Sham Lal has reversed all the hard work of the department which was pressed to keep away the illegal encroachment. He presided the encroaching event in front of auspicious presence and blessed the encroachers by misusing and abusing his official position. He is the man who earned the bad name for the entire revenue department that too by supporting land thieves.
The Naib Tehsidlar Sham Lal has taken the benefit of the absence of SDM Akhnoor and Tehsildar Maira Mandrian fro their offices as both went to attend the meeting of Divisional Commissioner Jammu which was aimed to contain the encroachment but naib Tehsildar Sham Lal hardly care for Divisional Commissioner Jammu of Lt Governor Jammu & Kashmir. He sent the photos of lentered structures at 12.55 pm, when the lentered process has been completed with the blessing of Naib Tehsildar Sham Lal. He has not only cheated his own department and law of land but he kept in dark those who encroached the land as their construction will be seized at first instance and later on it will be demolished.
