Tehsildar Maira Mandrian adopts dilly-delaying policy to halt enquiry of illegal Khair trees

What is the reason that Tehsildar Maira Mandrian not holding the enquiry into large scale of illegal felling of Khair trees? Who has influenced the young KAS officer who is Tehsildar Maira Mandrian? Why the government officers are scaring to hold the enquiry related to timber robbers and dacoit? Who is behind the timber smuggling and timber nexus operating in Jammu? Why Tehsildar maira Mandrian not honouring the enquiry order issued by Sub Divisional Magistrate Akhnoor? These are the several questions which are irritating in the minds of people and tehsildar Maira Mandirian has to answer.
On the compliant of one social activist and senior journalist Atul Sudan and media hype about the timber smuggling in the Maira Mandrian, the Sub Divisional Magistrate Akhnoor vide his officer No SDM/AKH/21-22/234 dated 15-05-2021 dated 15-05-2021 ordered an enquiry on the name of Tehsildar Maira Mandrian and directed hom to visit the location personally and submit the report at earliest so that necessary action be recommended those officers/official found involved in the scandal. The SDM Akhnoor has very clear intention to book the smugglers but Tehsildar is least interested to arrest the timber smuggling in the locality.
Now the issue is that why Tehsildar is halting the enquiry and avoiding it day by day. The task must be completed in one week but after the long 47 days there is no progress in the enquiry which was ordered by Sub Division Magistrate Akhnoor. It was very simple to conduct the enquiry but the Tehsildar is not conducting in the manner as it could be conducted.
Here is something different as no any enquiry related to illegal felling of tress and Khair trees has been allowed to get completed. The Forest department itself has ordered three enquiries with a rider of fixed time period of three days and one week but it seems that the enquiry officers have been influenced by the timber smugglers and they have to surrender before the timber smugglers the reason know better to them.
The Sub Divisional Magistrate is very honest person but it is learnt that he too willing to conceive.
