*Gourav Ojha has been been issued more that 114240 liters of Kerosene Oil illegally and on fake license but the then officers of department were hand-in-glove with Ojha.
*The Crime Branch must be investigated the role of Pankaj Vaid that why he has given his license to a Gourav Ojha illegally.

Can a licence of Kerosene Oil depot be transferred to other person out of his family? How a person can temper the license of Kerosene Oil depot in his favour? How a person remained silent when his license of Kerosene Oil depot is being misused by another person? Who are the officers in Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Department Rajouri promoting such illegal practices to doge the system? Why officers of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Department Rajouri not have respect for the law of land? Why officers of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Department Rajouri openly challenged the Presidential rule in J&K? These are the several uncomfortable questions for the officers of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Department Jammu to answer it as people want to know about it.
It is pertinent to mention that the originally license of Kerosene Oil depot was issued to one Pankaj Vaid son of Sita Ram Vaid vide number DFSJ/697-A/SKO dated 11.07.2001 for the area of village Mera Kote Dhara hich is 15 kilometres away from the Rajouri city. But one Gourav Ojha has illegally managed the license from the Pankaj Vaid and committed forgery by writing ‘this license has been transferred in favour of Gorav Kumar’ which cannot be transferred in any case to a person outside the family.
The case is pending before the Crime Brach since 20-08-2018 and they are working on it. The case is very serious in nature as the sources revealed that Gourav Kumar alias Gourav Ojha has done forgery and cheated the law of land. He challenged the law of land by tempering on the license and he tried to befool the entire system by claiming the he has got the license transferred on his name. The report further said that Gorav Ojha has been issued more that 114240 liters of Kerosene Oil and he has misused all the Kerosene Oil by using for his personal business.
The Crime Brach is very serious about this case and they are trying hard to take up this case and within few days an FIR will be registered and persons involved in the forgery would be booked and arrested.
The sitting Assistant Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Department Rajouri is on his job to make the foolproof so that no one can cheat the department in future. He is very much operative to the Crime Branch and trying his best to get the accused person booked. The other problem is that he has to identify the scabs in the department who are encouraging such smugglers and criminals to play with the departments
