DC Jammu orders to maintain status-quo on issue of 4 marlas land Khour

The controversy of the Khour land grabbing of 4 marals, which was illegally and with a wrong intention was demolished by the Tehsildar Khour that too silently and later on sold illegally as the Tehsildar has himself countersigned the issuance of Farad of the concerned land which is in question.
There was a complete conspiracy hatched by the revenue officials to grab the prime land of Khour which was measuring 4 marals falling under Khasra No 1684 in Khour but timely intervention of Jammu Jottings and highlighting the illegal grab with collusion of revenue officials have saved the land. Today it has been observed that the Deputy Commissioner Jammu Mr Anshul Garg IAS have issued an order to Sub Divisional Magistrate Khour to maintain the status-quo as it exist on spot in respect of land measuring 04 maralas bearing Khasra No 1684 situated at Khour till further order.
This order was issued in the light of that the Enquiry Officer has not furnished his enquiry report so far. The order was issued on 04-06-2021 vide his office No DCJ/SO/Enquiry/2021-22/1122. Prior to this the Deputy Commissioner Jammu has taken strong step and cancelled the fard and for this he has issued an order and told the deputation that order has been issued and they can have the order from Assistant Commissioner Revenue Jammu Vijay Sharma but Vijay Sharma managed a game and not handed over the order of cancellation. One of the persons who was part of the deputation told that might be ACR Jammu Vijay Sharma has some personal interest so he despite the DC Jammu saying not gave the copy of cancellation order.

Meanwhile, the SDM Marh has furnished his enquiry after issuance of this order and yet the action has to be taken over his report. He further told that the SDM Marh has gone very polite on Tehsildar Marh and only involved the Patwari and Girdawar, which is totally contrary to the fact of the situation.
It is pertinent to mention that in this case the Tehsildar Khour has played an important role to get the farad issued and then registry to be executed. It has surfaced that SDM Khour who is officer to execute the registry was kept in dark and got the registry executed.
Now the Deputy Commissioner Jammu will take stringent action on the tehsildar Khour and his down line for making the mockery of the law of land. This is not issue that Tehsidlar has played with only 4 marlas of land but it is a like that Tehsildar and his subordinates have challenged the law of land openly during the Presidential Rule in J&K.
