*Let we imagine that how the tehsildar and his team has befooled the people during razing the building and pretended that SDM office would be constructed but later they unsuccessfully sold the land.
*Now it is the duty of SDM Marh Naseer Ali to dig out the fact and fix responsibility of the erring revenue officers or he will consider his departmental relationship.
*Tehsildar Khour Sudesh Kumar himself has countersigned the Farad on 13-03-2021 and on 12-04-2021 he denied about issuance of Farad. How is it possible that Tehsildar Khour Sudesh Kumar forgot about countersigning of Farad within a month?

It is astounding to hear but it is true that dispute over the land occupied by the Cooperative Marketing Society (CMS) Khour has been escalating with each passing day, besides new exposures are coming up often and the issue is getting complicated.
The SDM Marh has been appointed as enquiry officer to enquire the issue of allegedly land grabbing, which was in possession of Cooperative Marketing Society Khour and was illegally dismantled in the month of August 2020 by the Tehsildar Khour Sudesh Kumar and with his subordinates reached on the spot and dismantled the building, which was still in working position and in the possession of Cooperative Marketing Society Khour.
The enquiry officer to investigate this scam has asked the sitting chairman of the said society to submit his reply over the issue and in his written statement vide his letter No CMS/01 dated 21-05-2021 he said that ‘the demolished godown was in the possession of Cooperative Marketing Society Khour since 1978-79 upto now.’ He further said that the demolished building was used as store and some unusable items were kept which was the property of the society.
In his letter, he mentioned that during demolition the Tehsildar was present and supervising the demolishing scene. He said that prior to demolition of the said building, no revenue officer/official has informed us in any manner but the news of demolition spread in the town and then he came to know.
The sitting chairman Ganga Ram Sharma told me that one of the Board of Directors has asked the revenue officer that why they are dismantling the building and in reply the revenue officer said that SDM office would be constructed here. He expressed his surprise that the same revenue officer have issued the farad for sale, whis was mockery of his official position.
The former chairman, Harnam Singh Manhas told on mobile that he has served the chairman as more then 10 years and he had engaged an employee namely Shamsher Singh and on record he was paying his salary and he was watching the building. “If the Cooperative Marketing Society had not building then for what I had engaged an employee as watchman,” he told in surprising manner.
He said, “It was matter of surprise that without informing the members of Cooperative Marketing Society the revenue officials have dismantled the building, which has been constructed with the hard-earned money of poor people for the betterment of the society.” He further added that members are planning to take up the matter of illegal dismantling legally. He said that prior to 30 years the then people were not aware of about registry and other things so the issues of land were carried on only by village sabahs. He said that he met with the enquiry officer and told him clearly that the building was possessed by Cooperative Marketing Society and the transaction has been done.
It is pertinent to mention that Tehsildar Khour Sudesh Kumar himself has countersigned the Farad on 13-03-2021 and on 12-04-2021 on record (video camera) he denied about issuance of Farad. How is it possible that Tehsildar Khour Sudesh Kumar forgot about countersigning of Farad within a month?
