Naib Tehsildart Maira Mandrian Sham Lal has to investigate with sincere intention
*One kidney patient (with drip) has approached to Revenue officials for permission to cut his trees but they (revenue officials) have not shown mercy on him.
*One of the concerned Patwaris has accepted that they are not profession to investigate the issue so the entire investigation should be handed over to CBI or Crime Branch to dig the fact.
*Why Patwaris are not taking interest in counting the trees and maintaining the record of trees so that no one can cheat the department?

What is the output of the inquiry done of Naib Tehsildar Sham Lal in the case of illegal feeling of Khair trees in Maira Mendrian? Why Naib Tehsildar Sham Lal is not taking interest in this issue? Why Naib Tehsildar Sham Lal is not investigating properly in the issue of illegal felling of Khair trees? These are the some uncomfortable questions for the Naib tehsildar Shaam Lal Maira Mendrian as these are the most significant questions for digging the truth.
It is pertinent to mention that the issue of illegal felling of Khair trees in Maira Mandrian was exposed by the Jammu Jottings daily news paper and the scandal was highlighted to the higher authorities. The Lt Governor has also taken the cognizance and will intercept at the right time as he is silently watching and at the right time he will intervene when he will feel that entire Forest department from Guard to Commissioner/Secretary would is incapable to do their job perfectly. He will pull the strings of the Commissioner/Secretary Forest for his incapability to enquire the issue.
The officials of revenue department are also playing mysterious role in this scandal of illegal felling of Khair trees in the Maira Mandrian and adjoining areas and trying to give a cover-up to the illegal felling. The role of Naib tehsildar Sham Lal is not upto mark as it should be.
A Forest team from Jammu Forest Division seized about 55 quintals of firewood in two different incidents.
Official sources said that 40 quintals of Khair wood billets were seized from village Sunail. It is being told that during the intervening night of April 12-13 Khair trees were illegally felled and converted into billets for further transportation of the same to different locations.
A team of Forest field staff led by Block Officer Chowki, Surjeet Singh, on direction of Range Officer Kalidhar – Pawan Sharma, along with the police party from Akhnoor Police Station inspected the spot and seized the illegally felled stuff and brought the same to the Forest Rest House Akhnoor for confiscation of the same.
