Tehsildar Khour Sudesh Kumar openly lied about issuance Farad
*Now it is responsibility of DC Jammu Mr Anshul Garg to enquire in this issue, which is based on fraud and deceitful orders of Tehsildar Khour Sudesh Kumar and supported by Naib Tehsidlar Vidya Sagar, Girdawar Mohinder Pal and Patwari Suresh Sharma besides SDM Khour Anil Kumar Thakur KAS.
* Tehsildar Khour Sudesh Kumar himself has countersigned the Farad on 13-03-2021 and on 12-04-2021 he denied about issuance of Farad. How is it possible that Tehsildar Khour Sudesh Kumar forgot about countersigning of Farad within a month?
*The local people openly levelled serious allegations against the Tehsildar that his agents are working in the office and fleecing money from the public.

Why Tehsildar Khour Sudesh Kumar has tried to hoodwink the general public over the controversy of demolition of building of Cooperative Society? Why Tehsildar Khour Sudesh Kumar has abused his official position by lying while sitting on his chair in his office? Why Tehsildar Khour Sudesh Kumar has done all this fraud with the people of Khour? What was the hidden agenda of Tehsildar Khour Sudesh Kumar over the demolition of Cooperative Society building in Khour? Why SDM Khour Anil Kumar Thakur KAS has opted the silent mood instead of coming out to clear the doubts? Why SDM Khour Anil Kumar Thakur KAS has executed the wrong registry of 4 marlas land in question? These are some challenging questions for Tehsildar and Revenue Department especially for Deputy Commissioner Jammu Anshul Garg IAS to answer as it is the issue of prestige Revenue Department too. The strange part of the story is that SDM Khour Anil Kumar Thakur KAS opted not bothered to attend the phone calls to clear the doubts and it seems so that he has patronised this wrong demolition, wrong issuance of Farad, wrong execution of registry and befooling of the people.
The story is very clear, if one can link all the sequence of the events in the concern of this controversial building demolition, issuance of Farad and execution go registry, one can easily understand that all the orders have been passed by the Tehsildar Khour Sudesh Kumar were aimed to his personal interest, besides biased, iniquitous, crooked, devious and fraudulent. Moreover, the Tehsildar Khour Sudesh Kumar has his hidden personal interest in this episode and the SDM Khour Anil Kumar Thakur KAS is also part of this fraud, which has been executed by Tehsildar Khour. It seems that all the Revenue Officers of SDM Khour from SDM to Patwari are involved in this case and I will spill the beans to reach the bottom and it would be disclosed that how Naib Tehsildar, Girdawar and Patwari also the part of execution of this fraud.
Moreover, the Tehsildar Khour Sudesh Kumar has refused openly about the issuance of Farad and execution of Registry of the said land (4 marlas) but the fact exposes the lie of Tehsildar Khour Sudesh Kumar as he himself has countersigned the Farad on 13-03-2021 exactly one month earlier and it is not possible that he has forgot the countersigning of Farad one month earlier.
I want to recall here that yesterday Tehsildar Khour Sudesh Kumar has repeatedly called the Patwari Suresh Sharma amidst people protest in his office but every time Patwari played tricks with the people and replied every time that he would be coming within ten minutes but he not turned up in office. This was very much fixed match between Tehsildar Khour Sudesh Kumar and Patwari Suresh Sharma to befool the local people. Later the Tehsildar Khour Sudesh Kumar ran away from the office amidst people protesting in his office.
