What is connection between Canada and Jammu Central Jail inmates? Why not the case of Jammu Central Jail should be handed over to National Investigating Agency (NIA)? What holds the government in handing over the infamous case of Jammu Central Jail to NIA? What is the actual scene behind the episode of Jammu Central Jail? Who is the mastermind behind all this? Who was providing mobile phones to inmates especially dreaded criminals like Royal Singh? Who was connecting the criminals with the world outside the Jail? Why only the driver was made scapegoat and other big fishes are not touched? What is the role of PSO of Senior Superintendent of Jammu Central Jail? Who are the other officials are involved with Driver? Which of the senior officers of Jammu Central Jail behind the driver? Why Senior Superintendent of Jammu Central Jail was so unaware about his driver? Or why Senior Superintendent of Jammu Central Jail adopted silence over deeds of his driver? These are some of uncomfortable questions for the jail authorities to be answered by the jail authorities to clear the doubts of the public.
The experts opined that the issue including shoot out and Jammu Central Jail having very thing common and so it is fit case to be investigated by NIA. If the case be investigated by NIA then everything will come out crystal clear and it will be in the largest interest of Jammu. Now the onus is lying on Lt Governor Manoj Sinha to handover this case to NIA and the muck inside the Jammu Central Jail will be cleaned besides several corrupt officers will be exposed and booked like driver.
It is unbelievable but it is true that the issue of Central Jail Jammu is going complicated with each passing day as its connections are expanding to outside the nation. If the reports be believed that one Ajay Bhatt has shot a video and flashed to Canada. The question is very simple this that a small shoot out case outside a history-sheeter turned businessman of Gandhi Nagar has been flashed to Canada but for what? The matter lies here that why Ajay Bhatt has flashed the video to Canada, if reports are believed. Two notorious, Ajay Bhatt and Deepak Sharma @ Deepu have been arrested after the shooting case in Gandhi Nagar as both are believed to be close associates of Royal Singh. The issue is that how these goons were getting commands from Royal Singh as the later is inside the Jammu Central Jail and not in a small jail.
The issue of Jammu Central Jail is becoming so worrisome as it is suspected that some Canadians are also involved in this issue. It is pertinent to mention that Canadian Prime Minister Justin Pierre James Trudeau has openly issued the statement over Farmers’, which was treated as provocative and unfavourable to country.
A prisoner who was lodged in district Jail Kathua was found hanging inside a bathroom under mysterious conditions.
An official told that the prisoner was found hanging with a bed-sheet inside the bathroom in the wee hours today.
He identified the deceased prisoner as Rajinder Singh son of Nachatar Singh, a resident of Fazilka Punjab. The official said that the police have started investigation into the matter.
It is pertinent to mention that an undertrial died under mysterious circumstances at the high-security jail in Kot Bhalwal area of Jammu, police said on Saturday. His family has alleged foul play and sought a probe into his death.
The undertrial, Sunny Singh (30), a resident of Deoli village, was facing charges in three cases, including a murder case, registered against him at Bishnah police station between 2008 and 2010. “The undertrial died at Kot Bhalwal Central Jail on Friday night and later his body was shifted to a government medical college (GMC) for autopsy in the early hours of Saturday. He was found unconscious in his barrack and was attended to by the jail hospital staff,” a jail official said.
According to hospital sources, the body of a male prisoner was brought to GMC from Kot Bhalwal by a jail pharmacist, and later shifted to the hospital mortuary for postmortem and other legal formalities.
The deceased’s father, Prabu Singh, said he was informed about the death of his son by the local police station around 5 am. Seeking a probe into his son’s death, he said, “I met him in the prison a week ago and he was fine, but this morning we got a call from the police informing us about his death. It seems he was assaulted inside the prison as the body had bruises.”
