*The Superintendent of Jail must be investigated about the distribution of sweets in Central Jail of Jammu by a criminal.
*Why Mr VK Singh Director General of Prisons Department, Jammu & Kashmir is silent over the distribution of sweets and ice cream in Central Jail of Jammu in abundant quantity?
*There are two types of criminals in Jammu one is nationalist criminals who never go against the national and the other are anti-nationalist criminals who are in touch with the agencies of other countries and working against the country.
*May be the purpose of attack on a history-sheeter Ch Nagar Singh @ Nago who is believed to be a nationalist to terrorize the people of Jammu for extortion.

The news of distribution of sweets and ice cream in the Central Jail of Jammu by a criminal Royal Singh has raised many questions on the Jail authorities, which has open another debate in the public domain that who is behind the scene and without involvement of the Superintendent of Jail, no one can take the things inside the Jail. Taking inside the jail, such huge quantity of sweets and ice cream is a matter of concern and the authorities must be investigated by the CBI to ascertain the facts.
The sources revealed that the ongoing system in the Jammu Central Jail is deteriorated and there is no any rule of law as the jail inmates are ruling on the jail authorities and the need of the hour is to revamp the administration by changing the entire staff from top to bottom. The sitting Superintendent of Jail has failed to maintain the decorum of the Jail and under his supervision the Jail has lost its purpose and the immediate change of Superintendent is imperative to avert any mis-happening in the Jammu Central Jail.
Why the sitting Superintendent of Jammu Central Jail is enough kind on Royal Singh and his associates?
The Jail authorities have been always in question as time to time the jail inmates have violated the rules meant for the jail administration but every time Jail authorities have been found to be involved in the violations. The jail is being headed by Superintendent and nothing can be held in the jail without the permission of Superintendent of Jail but in Jammu Central jail anything can happen as there is no rules and regulations and the Jail inmates are ruling the roost.

Royal Singh is in jail in a murder case of Amandeep Singh son of NC former legislator Deepinder Kour held on August 29, 2009 at his residence Shastri Nagar.

The several anti-national organisations are active in Jammu to create terror in Jammu.
Now there should be debate on nationalist criminals and anti-nationalist criminals who are siding with the foreign agencies to disturb the India. In the case of Ch Nagar Singh attack the Canada connection has come out and it should be viewed seriously in every aspects.
