Who will nail-in all this?

Influential officials are enjoying in Skill Development, others sufferings
*The ongoing system in Department of Skill Development of Jammu & Kashmir is faulty, needs immediate surgical strike.
*The LG Manoj Sinha is silently watching and he will surely go for operation to remove the garbage from the department.
*The wings of influential officials will be pruned to bring them back on earth, who are flying in sky.

Why there is so muck in Department of Skill Development of Jammu & Kashmir? Why some influential officials are ruling the Department of Skill Development of Jammu & Kashmir? Are such officials above the law? Are such officials so powerful and shrewd that they can snub the Lt Governor? Why there is not a definite transfer policy being adopted by Department of Skill Development of Jammu & Kashmir? Who will put them on right track? These are the some uncomfortable questions irritating in the mind of people and should be answered by the authority and they are bound to reply.
The issue is not that some influential officials are managing their postings as per their choices the greater issue is this that they are mocking at the system and cocking a snook at the law of land, besides encouraging the wrong elements to do the same with the administration. Not only Principals but the other officials including Heads of Departments and other staff members are trolling the same way and they too are playing with the dispensation of Jammu & Kashmir despite knowing that it is being ruled by Presidential rule.
Let me start with HOD of Automobile department who is on chair since 2016 and continuing in the office for last five years, which itself loudly speaks about the mismanagement in the Department of Skill Development of Jammu & Kashmir. In the Automobile department there is one lecturer and one permanent demonstrator couple of years together. Lecturer has completed his services of 8 years and the more intriguing part of the story that he allegedly joined Government Polytechnic Jammu in 2013 and till then he is here. The same case is also with the permanent demonstrator who too joined the Automobile department in February 2018 and still he is in the same office.
This is happening in Department of Skill Development of Jammu & Kashmir, which has the responsibility of developing skills among youth of Jammu & Kashmir. How it is possible when the skill department is not working in skilled manner.
Let me assure you that I will bring out all the hidden skeletons in the cupboard of Department of Skill Development of Jammu & Kashmir as the reports pouring in office indicate that some of the officials have remained 90% of their service period in Government Polytechnic Jammu, which is a sheer violation of law of land.
