Two Khasras  99 and 344 both are Gair Mumkin Khads in Tehsil Akhnoor!

Tehsildar Akhnoor has decided to go in for prime time encroachers and the buyers!
* Who sold and who bought the land is an old story. If excavated in a manner it should be then plenty rotten skeletons are going to roll over!
* Yes the over indulgence of the land mafia is very pertinent here but all the assists came from the then revenue officials!
* This was for all practical purposes a state land and the Qism I mean the Maqsoos has been changed to Baryal Abbal. Now what exactly is it, the then Patwari has to describe the same.
* This land is primetime and if steps are not taken then down slope where no stone gathers a moss is going to be the flow?

This is a documented thing that has been very slickly edited by the lower staff of revenue brigade in Akhnoor but also is a whole some reality that wrongs have been committed in abundance.  Both these lands which are enormous land masses and thus are on the radar of the land encroachers and of course the worthy lineage of revenue men of the state. Thus it has to be the bigger howitzers that have to intervene and splatter aside the whole thing apart, I mean those sitting in high offices of administration. The grid reference here has to be the document that was signed as presented that the water bodies cannot be put up for sale and the special point for conjecture was that dry rivulet and stream let beds had to be saved. But by the look of things on these two Khasra exactly the opposite is happening.
Jammu Jottings has carried many stories and they all have been impactful ones and this one is yet another outburst against the wrongs under the garb of the right. There is no doubt about the fact that the Qism of the land has been changed and this is a sure fire indicator to the fact that plenty of wrongs have happened here. * If the illegalities have been done then they would be corrected?
* The State cannot be held at ransom by outrageously corrupt individuals?
* To change the past it is always difficult but the working paradigms can be changed. I will make sure the same would be done and executed.
* Very soon I’m going to in for demarcation and stringent maneuvers would be initiated against the wrong doers because this is a goddamn offence.
Well in every sense these are brave words from a man who is sincere, honest and courageous enough to take big decisions. But what has been seen is the fact though the administration acts but later on tends to lose steam. What exactly are the reasons are known as well as unknown. Documents may be correct apparently but deep down there are several loose screws which go away unchecked and the reasons why they are let off loose, I will not elaborate since this is a known connotation or a corollary. What should be done by Tehsildar should be on these lines:
* The name of the Patwari involved has to surface up.
* It would be difficult but the same can be done.
* The absurd things need to be cancelled out all the way and the demarcation done in a surest possible way without inhibitions.
*10 to 20 Kanals of land has been sold off and also bought on murky affidavits. Now can this order be changed? The wrong doers in every sense have cheated the gullible buyers. Will the equation change at least now?
* Will the offenders be booked with FIR’s slammed on them?
* This Tehsildar has to make sure but will he do so or not is to be waited upon, watched and then analyzed. At this moment all is in a frozen section a of a deep freeze apartment of the refrigerator!
The ice has to be cracked up or melted so that the State Lands can be saved. One exemplary message sent with a screaming snub and concrete legal action things would be in place as far as revenue department goes! I do not think I have anything else to tell on the two Khasras mentioned above. As a reminder Khasra No. 99 and 344!
