SDM has to act now as it is right time to crack whip on land encroachers
*Why SDM Akhnoor is taking so long to act on land encroachers active in Akhnoor including one Naib Tehsildar and a teacher.
*The entire game is in the Court of SDM Akhnoor, can he smash down line the people on an occupation spree here?
*He can if he desires to do so?
*But does he desire to do so? The reply will be big ‘NO’.
*Jammu Jottings has all the reasons and viable information to provide for the revenue officials to show some positivity. At the moment only negativity persists! Why?

Jammu/Akhnoor:
The SDM Akhnoor, hope so does not like the game of Chiclets since he is a grown up man and gums we do chew in school days, blow bubbles and eventually spit the same out of our system. He is obviously sitting on a chair which dictates terms as far as public administration goes and dealing with revenue is an all important aspect of the same. Sordidly speaking the whole system has gone haywire in Akhnoor because land encroachment has become an enriched concoction here with the nexus between land mafia and revenue officials is an over expanding template here. In the eye of the storm are Qism Gair Mumkin Khads which are diminishing dime a dozen in this over stretched ligament as far revenue department goes in Sub Division Akhnoor! Jammu Jottings as always has been furnishing information as to where illegal land deals are being manufactured and the entire truckloads of machinations as regards the same are at Tehsil level. In Akhnoor they are no different how and why we have all the reasons to summarize:
*Muhafiz Khana Gole Gujral has all the collection of records and details of the past written in Urdu. Great words have been written in black and whites with the names of the people who did exist once but are now either buried or cremated. Where exactly no one knows but their progeny know the same but revenue officials know a lot and could be better.
*This land, I mean Khasra No. 99 is Qism Rod clearly signifying that it is Qism Gair Mumkin Khad, if filtered in English, a dry streamlet or rivulet bed.
*This is as per the land records of 08/01/2021.
*As per the records the land is 58 Kanals and 16 Marlas and it is under a heavy duty encroachment of the pulverize tag carrying humanity.
* If the present circumstances have to be taken into account then 10 Kanals of the same has already been taken over and also sold off with construction work standing upright and on the rest the plinths have been laid.
*This is the picture supreme and it has to be the SDM who has caught the bull by the horns and whatever exists in form of the architecture has to be cracked up and reduced to rubble? He knows that wrongs have taken place but then there is something called as resurrection also. That is what the people of Akhnoor are waiting for exactly!
This is what is happening in Tehsil Akhnoor. It has been a long time before when Jammu Jottings started the story of Qism Gair Mumkin Khads being encroached in Akhnoor, indeed some action was taken and a lot of enthusiasm showed, as anti encroachment drives were launched wholesomely but after a time lapse everything stood punctured. Why? is not known but may be the SDM lost a bit of hope because he was not allowed to function the way he wanted to. But he can and for that he has to rise to the occasion which definitely he can do because he is very much capable of doing so and that too big time! Definitely a game on here if the SDM stays at his crease for a great finish to the encroachment chapter!
It is not that the things cannot be done. They can be since the UT Jammu and Kashmir is a big empire. How can the chivalrous officers of the state allow their kingdoms to be sabotaged by the land mafia! Looks disturbing but a known reality now! The chinks in the armor of the gallant men have to be sealed for the good of the state. The bottom line is that, state lands are under the belt buckles of the land mafia and they ought to be freed! By the way not talking out of my hat!
