Revenue Dept in Akhnoor is on different grid!

In Sub Division Akhnoor laws of J&K not applicable, as they have their own laws
*ADC Jammu Satish Sharma said that in Khasra No 628 the illegal things have been done but SDM Akhnoor justified it.
*Who is on the right grid, the former SDM Akhnoor or sitting SDM Akhnoor.

It is very astounding but it is true that in Sub Division Akhnoor anything can happen as the Revenue Officers posted in Akhnoor are having their own agenda and their own law book and it seems that the laws of Jammu & Kashmir are irrelevant for them.
The Khasra No 628 falling under Gurha Brahamna Akhnoor under the scanning of senior officers as many wrong entries, illegal issuance of Farad, illegal sale purchase and many violations have been done by the concerned revenue officers. The then Sub Divisional Magistrate Akhnoor in her letter No SDM/AKH/2017-18/670 dated 22-05-2017 has clearly stated as “Application on the behalf of inhabitants of village Gurha Brahamna, Tehsil Akhnoor, District Jammu for favour of intervening in the matter of land comprising Khasra No 628 measuring 30 kanals and 05 marlas ‘Gair Mumkin Khad’ for which the ‘Farad Intkal Jamabandi’ stand issued by the then field staff especially the then Patwari Ashok Kumar, was Reader to the SDM Akhnoor, now at present is Naib Tehsildar for such land illegally. For which the file/case was completed already is not traceable. This is an serious act of illegality, in this regard and no substantial action has been taken in the matter so far. In continuation to this office letter No SDM/AKH.2016-17/2077 dated 09-02-2017, please find enclosed herewith report of Tehsildar and field staff alongwith details of particular share of the owner in Shamlat Derh and area sold by them as:- Bhagwan Dass son of Bishanmber Dass was having 01 Maral and 02 Sarsai in his share of Shamlay Deh but he has sold 04 kanals; Dharma Chand son of Makhan was having 06 Marlas in his share of Shamlat Deh but he sold 3 Kanals 15 Marlas; and Bua Ditta, Kewal Krishan & Pawan Kumar trio son of Ram Dass were having 05 Marlas in their share but they have sold 3 Kanals and 9.5 Marlas”
Let me tell you very clearly that they were having 12 Marlas and 02 Sarsai but they have sold 12 kanals and 4.5 Marlas, which is itself a miracle that they have done.
Now the case is very different that ADC Jammu said that everything has been done in this regard is illegal but SDM Akhnoor justified the same. Now the people are in quandary that who is right and who is wrong.
