Jhad looters are on the radar of ACB, cannot escape now
*Oh Jhad looters, your narrative of money power has got demolished and understand it clearly that your money will ineffectual in ACB.
*Javed the Patwari is just a half lock. If he holds 200 Kanals of land how much others would are in Revenue syndrome be holding?
*The ACB has to lay hands on the others who are also on rampant open loot now in Akhnoor and Sidhra, whereas other is on looting job Digiana and one is still in Bhalwal Tehsil.
*This is not only the case of 200 kanal land but it will lead into thousands kanals if Javed associates be booked and interrogated.
*Not only revenue officials are engrossed in land scam but one master of Akhnoor is spearheading the land scam in Akhnoor alongwith a Naib Tehsildar, so the ACB has to lay hands on master and his associate.
*This scam could get into thousands of Kanals and multiples of crores of money.

*Anand Jain the top lead as far as corruption goes is doing a great job!
*Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) in UT Jammu is doing a great job but more needs to be done! They have opened up several chapters but more have to be scraped off? Revenue definitely stands out and the next has several steps to climb. Police Department has to be the obvious target with a locked door!
Some folks wear a smile, this guy was the smile. Everything about him was a soft and understated joy as he greeted each person. I went to there for the coffee, but I got so much more. Me and all those other people were the patients in his surgery as he asked us about our day, our lives and welcomed the emotions that tiptoed out. I wondered how many went on to be better friends, better bosses, better parents for his care, a spreading out of goodness from just one man. But that was an illusion. I was surprised when he was an official in Government of Jammu and Kashmir. Later on I realized he was outrageously corrupt when he asked for a bribe right in front of me. This happens, nothing new but still conclusive that nothing moves without money in J&K. Yet the promising thing is that we have men of substance like Manoj Sinha, Hon’ble Lt. Governor, J&K, B V R Subrahmanyam, Chief Secretary, J&K and Anand Jain IPS, Director Anti Corruption Bureau, J&K. These men are great and there is a hope that corruption would be nipped off straight and ruthlessly.
Some inputs on land corruption are:
·       One man is out and gone but several others have to be rolled over!
·       Dead snake skins have to be skimmed off because snakes release their skins on the bark of trees but Sivalik Jungles are devoid of the same!
·       But how. The idea was dead straight. Get rid of the trees and everything would settle down!
·       But the destruction of nature has not gone well with the people here!
·       Agreed that the work has been stopped but some plots have either been sold or given on lease!
·        Tehsil Bhalwal has to stamp its authority on it by cancelling all the sale and lease deeds and then only the complete takeover of the land would be complete! The messing up in the jungles has stopped but several questions linger on!
·       Have the deals and deeds of the plots given away cancelled? By this time they should have been! Good that the work has been stopped! Is the measure a permanent one or is it another lead balloon!
·       If it is permanent then the culprits like Javed a Patwari, 200 Kanals of land has to be someone beyond imagination. Larger than life image sort of a man?
* But who was he listening to. The story and the ball play has just begun!
·       Greed and lust for money led to the encroachment of this land and the names of the men we have being given over and over again!

It all started with the manhunt for Darshan who is still absconding. We kept on with the story and went on writing the latest information but it seems that the Tehsildar has decided upon something. But now it is substantial truth unfolding.
* If Javed is on hold then he can spill out the names of others.
* This man knowing just filaments of Urdu could not have gone far.
* There are four others too in this double jeopardy.
* They have to be under the foot rule?
* Thousand Kanals grabbed and these five did say once, we can pay anything for an inquiry to be stopped?
* Who could have stopped it? Any way I leave it all for the Revenue Department to decide it all!
Corruption can be eradicated and there is no doubt about the same as far as UT Jammu and Kashmir goes. Anand Jain is the spearhead and he knows what he is doing. Half of this kinetic energy theory and theorem can be sorted out by one swirl of a white paint brush. So let us do it!  Any good strategy must be continually monitored and evaluated to make sure it can be easily adapted as situations on the ground change. That is the bottom line in an case!
