Master ji is good in land grabbing but zero in teaching in Akhnoor
*A Naib Tehsildar and Master ji are upcoming Bunty-Babli of Akhnoor and both are most shrewd in twisting law to cheat administration.
*Bunty is expert in changing the kind (qism) of land and Babli is expert in selling the illegal land to innocent people.
*Bunty-Babli are specialist to sell all Gair Mumkin Khads and other banned kind of land in Akhnoor as they feel that they are above law.
*By the way, I want to spell that Bunty is Naib tehsildar and Babli is Master Ji of physical education.

This Master Jee speaks of lies as if he knows as to what is truth. He speaks of lies as if his brain wasn’t hardwired as simple dot-to-dot machines, the genius he was born with removed by years of education. From nothing he considers that he is everything. Today he is a multimillionaire not because he is capable but just because he is a cheater of sorts and that to a big time one. All throughout his life he has stayed in Akhnoor and also during his service period he remained posted in Akhnoor but not training children to be physically strong whereas to be mental wrecks and good for nothing because he himself is a wreck psychologically since in his muddled brain only bank rolls float. Is such a creature or a specimen of some dwarfed Homo sapiens pedigree.
On one hand in these delicate times of Covid-19 which was declared as pathogen enunciated pandemic the education higher ups are moving forward but this Master Ji has some different ideas and the Directorate of Physical education has to check into him since he is a hard core liar always speaking true lies. Jammu jottings through our trusted sources have every reason to qualify the statement made and the reasons are:
*He is a Bull in China shop as far his land encroachment in Akhnoor exploits go.
* He is an expert on grabbing Qism Gair Mumkin Sarkaar lands, Khuds (dry rivulet beds) and Ghaas charai (grazing lands) or any other type that comes in his nose dive.
* He runs a Private School in Akhnoor, how did he manufacture it and how he is running it with staff is not known since by the way is not his ancestral property?
* Therefore a question comes to the forefront is that from where did he get the money. Incidentally he has that but the other side of the coin says that a physical education teacher cannot have such sort of money.
* The man loves lands and he knows that lands are akin to fix deposits the future. So far he has prevailed and is inclined to think that he would prevail in future too.
*The evidence against him is in plenty and Jammu Jottings has that strapped up. The New Year 2021 is definitely going to be an awkward for him.
*He is being shielded by a Niab Tehsildar in Sub Division Akhnoor. We will be telling about this man too in our subsequent editions. But it is the administration that has to find this.
*This Master Ji is subservient to the Government and is a physical education tutor and thus drawing a salary. He should be facing an inquiry by the way.
* He comes to the school where he is posted to, marks his attendance and then disappears only to come back when the final gong of the school rings. Why? Is he above rules and regulations?
* It has also come to the notice that the in between time he spends in finding ways and means to unearth new frauds that have to be done on lands.
* The bigger and the biggest question is that how this Masterjee made so much of property? Obviously he must be paying the income tax since he is a Government employee but what about the income from his school or the money he has generated in his property dealing fiascos?
* Arrow straight question is why is he a government employee first? He should have been eased out by now since he is a slur on teaching profession.
This I’m not speaking out of head hung on a hangar but it is a reality. I will describe this Masterjee further, his eyes; a well of jet black ink, holds a gaze more fearsome than a tiger. A thin smile hung over his face, a small chirpy word from the corner of his mouth dances its way towards those listening to him. In one hand a paper lays loosely, his finger gently pressed against the paper sending a message millimeters away from others face with whom the deal has to be set and the writing on the wall behind the man who is be duped is clear and that is, ‘from now onwards this land is mine’. The rest the revenue officials of Sub Division Akhnoor do it! Then his eyebrow rises in amusement in which there is  nothing, not a flinch, not a single damn thing but just that cunning thought, I’m a Master Jee and I can do anything! I think the UT administration has to catch this man since he has already eaten far too much into the state property
