How can chairman Talab Tillo Cooperative Housing Society Limited Darshan Lal Gupta enlarge the land from 6 kanal to 50 kanal? Why has chairman Talab Tillo Cooperative Housing Society Limited Darshan Lal Gupta cheated the genuine people openly? Why has chairman Talab Tillo Cooperative Housing Society Limited Darshan Lal Gupta cheated the law of land? How has chairman Talab Tillo Cooperative Housing Society Limited Darshan Lal Gupta dared to challenge the Lt Governor of J&K by selling the false land? How Why not the chairman Talab Tillo Cooperative Housing Society Limited Darshan Lal Gupta should be booked and sentenced for lifer? Why J&K administration is so careless that it cannot nab the fraudster person Darshan Lal Gupta? These are the several quarries necessary to be raised to wake the deep sleeping administration, which seems to be handicapped and cannot work its own level till the hue and cry may not be raised by the public or media.
The issue is very serious in nature that a person who is the chairman of Talab Tillo Cooperative Housing Society Limited and his name is Darshan Lal Gupta got 6 kanals of land allotted in the favour of Society but the man has sold more than 50 kanals of land, which is biggest surprise of the world and it should be ascertained that the rest of land other than 6 kanals to whom it belonged. The matter is very old but no action has been taken in this context.
The then Tehsildar Bhalwal & Executive Magistrate 1st Class Bhalwal Rafiq Ahmed Jaral KAS has written to Station House Officer Police Station Trikuta Nagar vide his letter No EMB/JC/2020-21/39-40 dated 25.06.2020 to execute the bailable warrant. The letter further said that chairman Talab Tillo Cooperative Housing Society Limited Darshan Lal Gupta has damaged the jungle land by way of selling of land & executing illegal perpetual lease deeds. In the letter, it is also mentioned that the chairman Talab Tillo Cooperative Housing Society Limited Darshan Lal Gupta has been called many times for enquiry but he didn’t appear, nor submitted any reply.
The Senior Superintendent of Police Anti Corruption Bureau vide his letter No SSP/2021/RS/ACB/8098 dated 20-10-2021 has written a letter to Tehsildar Bhalwal to provide some documents for verification as in cited in subject – ‘Verification No. Veri-36/2020 against land mafia operating in Kot Bhalwal area.’
