Khair man is on encroaching job!

Not only illegal felling is allowed in Nagrota Forest land but land encroachers are honoured
*PCCF must take action into the encroachment and should identify the Forest officers who allowed the encroachment during their service period.
*Mr Vijay Khosla is powerful man and can do anything in the President Rule too, no one can stop him from destroying the Forest.
*Guard Ghulam Ali has taken the job of foiling bid of timber smuggling alongwith his two sons and three other his relatives, There was no any Forest officials with Guard Ghulam Ali at 4 am early in the morning. The entire credit of foiling the smuggling bid goes alone to Ghulam Ali.

Who will save the Forest Department from scabs? Who is trying to damage the Forest department? Is there any syndicate group meant to loot the Forest department of Jammu & Kashmir? Is there some of the Forest officers are part of the syndicate directly or indirectly? Why Principal Chief Conservator of Forest Jammu & Kashmir Mohit Gera IFS failed to control the department? Why Principal Chief Conservator of Forest Jammu & Kashmir Mohit Gera IFS is so scared from the corrupt Forest officers? Why Principal Chief Conservator of Forest Jammu & Kashmir Mohit Gera IFS has adopted silence over the illegal felling of Khair and other trees from the Forest land? Why Principal Chief Conservator of Forest Jammu & Kashmir Mohit Gera IFS has tried to defend the corrupt officer by falsifying that Nagrota Jagti Forest land is a private land? Why Principal Chief Conservator of Forest Jammu & Kashmir Mohit Gera IFS has not suspended Ranger Jammu range Vijay Khosla for illegal felling of Khair trees from the Forest land openly? Why Principal Chief Conservator of Forest Jammu & Kashmir Mohit Gera IFS is scared from Ranger Jammu Range Vijay Khosla? These are the some uncomfortable questions for the PCCF and he must show courage to answer these questions and it is his duty to answer the questions irritating in the mind of public.
The Forest Department of Jammu & Kashmir is completely in mess and not only the officers of Forest department are looting the department by illegally feeling the costly trees but they are openly supporting the encroachers to encroach the forest land and here is one alive and open example of encroachment that to only 11 kilometres from the state head office Jammu and on that too on national highway at Khanpur Nagrota. The encroacher has encroached land and constructed two big shops on the Forest land.
Now the matter is that when the encroacher has encroached the Forest land then who and who officers of Forest department were on duty. Who was then Guard of the concerned are Khasra No 37 Khanpur Nagrota? Who was then Forest Block Officer of Khanpur Nagrota? Who was then Ranger of Jammu Range? Who was then Divisional Forest Officer Jammu division? These are some practical questions and the honest and bold officer will go by such way to detect the scabs in the Forest department.
The PCCF has done another mistake as he has posted a new Ranger for Jammu Range Aamir Raza in place of Vijay Khosla who managed all the Khair trees properly let it be Forest land Nagrota Jagti a Forest closure of 1800 kanal or Simbal Laid Compartment 4 & 5 or Mathwar, his mission is only one that is to settle Khair trees and some of the Forest officials are calling him ‘Khair Man’.
The new place of posting for him is Katra, where the Khair trees in abudance and he is expert in tackling the Khair trees let us see how fast the Forest department would be devastated by such Khair men?
