Justice for Jhajjar Kotli people!
- The SSP Jammu requested DM Jammu for issuing conditional order in terms of section 133 Part (C) of Cr PC for immediate removal of public nuisance being caused by the 50 years old and damaged 33KV line.

Jammu, Jun 21: How long the people of Jhajjar Kotli to live under the life-threatening fear-psycho due to callous attitude of PDD? What is the fault of the inhabitants of Jhajjar Kotli that they have to suffer? Which officer will come forward for their recue from the fear-psycho? Are they not the citizen of this country and Jammu 7 Kashmir? These are very typical questions being posed to the administration in general and to PDD for particular.
The law-abiding residents of Jhajjar Kotli are running from pillar to post for their safety, whereas their case is very genuine and treated as most urgent but the administration and PDD both are not in mood to take their genuine demand and left them to live in the same state. The people have knocked the every concerned door and even the police department has wisely stepped in this case and on their behalf the police has investigated the issue.
As per the police and its deep probe into the issue at lowest level to ascertain the truth, it has been observed and declared that ‘The act on their part amounts commission of crime punishable U/S 285/336/426/IPC for which necessary directions shall be issued separately to the concerned jurisdictional police station for taking cognizance in to the matter and also have further requested to kindly take up the matter with higher-ups for immediate shifting of above mentioned line.’

The Senior Superintendent of Police Jammu has written this to District Magistrate Jammu vide its letter No Clt/DPOJ/2310-31/2139-40 dated 25-04- 2023.
