- DC Rajouri must inquire into this episode that who has tried to hide the real identity of Rohit Gupta as lecturer of DIET Rajouti and showed him as Master of MS Karian to dig the truth and how many times in past the education department has misled the office of DC Rajouri over the status of employees.
- CEO Rajouri has not done its work halfheartedly and the result is that lecturer is being taken as Mater and that too of a Middle School, now the CEO must realize his/her mistake in this episode and immediately she must write to DC Rajouri for cancellation of order of lecturer Rohit Gupta.

Jammu, Jun 08: Why in the order of Deputy Commissioner Rajouri lecturer Rohit Gupta of DIET Rajouri has been shown as Master of MS Karian? Why the office of Deputy Commissioner Rajouri has mentioned lecturer Rohit Gupta of DIET Rajouri as Master of MS Karian in his order No 182-DDCR of 2022 dated 18-07-2022? What was the objective of office of Deputy Commissioner Rajouri for wrongly mentioning the status of the Rohit Gupta? Who is at fault DC Office or office of Chief Education Officer Rajouri? Why did the lecturer Rohit Gupta remain silent over his wrong identity and not represented to the office of DC Rajouri that he is not Master but he is lecturer of Zoology promoted vide Govt order 1365-EDU of 2022 dated 04-06-2022 and joined DIET Rajouri vide Govt order No 1742-Edu of 2022 dated 25-06-2022? What was the intention of lecturer Rohit Gupta in this episode? Why CEO Rajouri has not pointed out that Rohit Gupta is not Mater of MS Karian but he is lecturer of DIET Rajouri? What was the personal interest of CEO Rajouri in this episode? These are very typical questions for office of DC Rajouri and CEO Rajouri to explain about this major fault, which has been instrumental in damaging the study to the students of higher secondary level. Whereas, lecturer Rohit Gupta also clear its position that why he remained silent over his mistaken status and what was his intention not to teach the students of higher secondary level.
One Rohit Gupta Master MS Karrian, Rajouri was promoted as I/C lecturer in discipline of Zoology vide Govt Order no. 1365-EDU of 2022 dated 04-06-2022 and adjusted in HSS Bhallar, district Reasi. But within 22 days he got modified his adjustment order and further adjusted in DIET Rajouri, wide Govt Order no. 1742-EDU of 2022 dated 25-06-2022 and joined the DIET Rajouri. The intriguing part of this mysterious story that he misled the office of Deputy Commissioner Rajouri over his status and got deputed himself in Eklavya Model Residencial School Gurdhanbala, Rajouri wide Order no order No 182-DDCR of 2022 dated 18-07-2022 to teach 6th and 7th classes.
He did not disclose his position and designation before Deputy Commissioner Rajouri and he mentioned his posting and designation as a Master working in MS Karrian, whereas he was elevated as Lecturer on 04-06-2022. Presently he has been working with effect 23-07-2022 in Eklavya Model Residencial School Gurdhanbala, presently functioning in the complex of District Youth Sports and Services Rajouri and adjoining with Zonal Education Office Rajouri both are at the stone throw distance from Chief Education Office Rajouri.
It is unfortunate for the people of the Rajouri that there are more than 250 posts of lecturers at +2 level in different disciplines are lying vacant. Inspite of this, Rohit Gupta being a lecturer, he should be in Higher Secondary Schools for performing his duties at +2 level to teach the poor and down trodden students mostly belonging to far-flung areas and BPL category and for whom he is getting handsome salary but shamelessly he is teaching students of 6th class.
But Deputy Commissioner Rajouri vide Order Dated 18-07-2022 deputed him in Eklavya Model Residencial School Gurdhanbala, Rajouri. In Eklavya Model Residential School there is only one class (6th) to whom a simple school teacher can teach easily, what is the function of a lecturer to work in this school where four other teachers are working excluding him.
When I contacted the ZEO Rajouri, Balwant Singh telephonically, he expressed his helplessness and said he was not aware about the scandal of lecturer Rohit Gupta. He admitted that it is a big fraud in the education department and a case under section 420 is warranted. He further agreed that DC Rajouri must have asked the office of CEO Rajouri to recommend the names of teacher to be deputed in Eklavya Model School and it is the fault of education department for giving wrong information to the office of DC Rajouri. He said that he would inquire the matter and would send a report to office of CEO Rajourin in this concern.
Chief Education Officer Rajouri has not pointed out and conveyed the same to the office of DC Rajouri that Rohit Gupta is not Mater of MS Karian but he lecturer of DIET Rajouri since 25-06-2022. The office of CEO Rajouri was well aware about the promotion of Rohit Gupta but everyone remained silent over this fraud case.
The parents of these poor students expecting justice from LG Manoj Sinha, Chief Secretary Arun Kumar and secretary of School Education Department Alok Kumar for their children by providing adequate staff in the schools where staff is very less and strict actions may be initiated against all officers and officials, who are involved in this scam.
