Assembly needs investigation!

•  Lt Governor is fully prepared to sack all illegal appointed officials and especially those who are appointed only for being favourite to then ruling class.
•  In assembly the appointment laws have been multilayered violated openly to accommodate their own favourites so they appointed two against three advertised posts, which is sheer violation of laws, as in the advertisement nothing was mentioned likewise.
•  Some of the assembly officers appointed illegally are being shielded under the guise of flood and pretending that record has been damaged in flood, whereas the record is still intact.

Jammu, Mar 16: The issue of sacking of 47 employees from government services having links with the terrorists’ outfits and supporting the spread of violence is a step to reform the society.
It seems that Lt Governor Manoj Sinha has done his homework very minutely and now he has prepared to filter the genuine employees who had been appointed by the previous governments. The culture of favouritism also remained high in the appointments during the regime of past governments and they had openly rejected the merit and efficiency.
In the assembly secretariat is also full of the wrong, fraudulent, flawed and manipulated appointments. Even the then government has established a new record that education for the post of higher grade is less than the lower grade. Here the then government has played well planned conspiracy and to accommodate their own two favourite persons the assembly secretariat has made advertisement for different kinds of posts but the motto was to accommodate their favourite two persons, so the then assembly officers have fixed low education for higher grade and high education for low grade posts.
This type of multilayered and conspired plan has been accomplished in the assembly secretariat and even the sitting officers also aware about this game plan. This plan was a covered scam which would be only seen by microscope to detect. The then officers have violated the basic criteria of fixing the education and they do not have any sort of justification.
The demanded education was also compromised as there are reports that the required education was BA for one of the superior posts but they have engaged the favourite candidate of having B Sc or B Com instead of BA. This is the one of the flaws and such small flaws were made to manipulate the justification for unjustified appointments in 2001.
The only solution to such multilayered frauds to order CBI enquiry and to sack such favourite appointees, besides they must be booked under stringent laws and the money they have taken in the shape salary for their illegal appointment must be recovered with interest by auction their properties.
