• The reports said that totally defunct Critical Care Ambulance has two drivers, which is itself a shocking matter.
•  The drivers must be investigated to ascertain the fact that who has stolen the emergency health equipment from the two Critical Care Ambulances in health block Pallanwala.

Jammu, Oct 06: Why is the condition of Critical Care Ambulance standing in Community Health Centre Khour is dilapidated and the concern BMO and its office unaware about it? Who is responsible for such dilapidated condition of Critical Care Ambulance bearing temporary registration number JMU AJ 6752? Why has not the BMO Pallanwala taken the necessary action to repair this Critical Care Ambulance now costing more than Rs 60 lakhs? Why not the concerned BMO has got the permanent registration of these two Critical Care Ambulances in last ten years? The issue of the damaged Critical Care Ambulance is very serious and it is for the people of locality but due to negligent attitude of concern BMO has left the people of locality to suffer, which is sort of crime and it should checked out.
The issue of the dilapidated condition of Critical Care Ambulance of Community Health Centre Khour has shaken the people as the people have to suffer in the absence of Critical Care Ambulance. The reports said that two Critical Care Ambulances were allocated to health Block Pallanwala and one was allotted to Primary Health Centre Pallanwala and other was allotted to Community Health Centre Khour. Both were having temporary register number and till 2012 both are having temporary registration number as JMU AJ 67 52 to Community Health Centre Khour and other JMU AJ 6754 was allotted to Primary Health Centre Pallanwala.
Both the Critical Care Ambulances were equipped with ECG machine, BP apparatus, oxygen cylinder facility, hand wash facility, pulse rate checking facility, two beds with all comforts and other necessary things. But all these emergency medical equipments have been illegally removed from both the Critical Care Ambulances and left the people to suffer. Not only this, the Critical Care Ambulance allotted to Community Health Centre Khour JMU AJ 6752 is in the worst condition and the tyres of the said have been removed by some of the staff members and standing on bricks, which needs a deep enquiry.
The Critical Care Ambulance at present having the cost more than Rs 60 lakhs and the concerned BMO and his staff hardly care for it and their negligent attitude have incurred a big loss to the state exchequer. It should be inquired that who is responsible for the dilapidated condition and the loss incurred to the state exchequer may be recovered from that person. The drivers of the Critical care Ambulance JMU AJ 6752 Raman Sharma and Sohan Singh must be investigated and their role in damaging the said Ambulance be fixed.
It is very astonishing that the damaged Ambulance has two drivers and in other places there is scarcity of drivers. The other ambulance JMU AJ 6754 is having one driver Ramnik Choudhary and he too be investigated that who have stolen the fixed medical equipments including ECG machine, BP apparatus, oxygen cylinder facility, hand wash facility, pulse rate checking facility, two beds with all comforts and other necessary things from the said ambulance.
The performance of office of Block Medical Officer Pallanwla is not satisfactory as other blocks are working at par the technology and it needs surgical strike by Secretary Health Mr Bhupinder Kumar to revive the said block otherwise the people of the block has to suffer a lot in future too. Moreover, the office of BMO is in the building of Community Health Centre Khour where the Critical Carte ambulance is standing on bricks and having no tyre, very shocking issue.
