High headedness of SI Greater Kailash.

Where as one order passed by the Learned Railway Court Jammu in case titled Amit Kapoor vs Incharge police post Greater Kailash, where by the court has given the direction to release the vehicle bearing no. JKo2CL 3131 black Scorpio under FIR No. 11/2021 under section 307 IPC and 3/25 of Arms Act, but despite of the direction SHO Gangyal had given the direction to the Incharge Police Post Greater Kailash to do the needful action, but in turn the said SI namely Avtaar Krishan asked that the concerned Judge has to pass the fresh order again by cancelling the 1st order. On such illegal act the advocate of Amit Kapoor namely Mr Vikram Rathore filed the contempt petition against the said SI in the same court, where by a notice has issued for compliance and report on 2/3/21 before the Railway court Jammu.
